Great location; the beach, Barceloneta and the Rambla are all just a short walk away. The room was modern and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Shower was good as well and it was nice and warm in the room (outside is was 4 degrees Celsius at night). Staff was very friendly and check-in and -out was quick and smooth. The wifi worked as it should.

The view was not so good as the window was straight opposed to a blind wall. We were on the fifth floor and there was a continuous sound of air conditioners, even when the one in our room was off.

Great location short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants, close to the main strip. Next to the metro as well great links. A lovely room we got given a free upgrade on arrival to a different room with a view of the courtyard which was lovely and good to chill and have a drink. Most of the staff were so lovely, so helpful and so friendly.

On occasion as our room was next to the lift it was a little loud with people talking outside our room, this did not happen very often though. We went to the courtyard a few times to chill next to the pool however there was one bartender who was there a couple times who was very unfriendly and made things quite uncomfertable he was rude and one time when we ordered drinks he walked over and slammed them on the table. He seemed bothered all the time and we left the courtyard on a couple of occasions due to how uncomfortable we were made by him.

Location is PERFECTION. Short walk to Barceloneta, El Born and The Gothic Qtr. Comfy, clean and modern rooms. Property is beautiful. Wonderful pool top space. Friendly staff.

Room was smaller than portrayed in picture. Enclosed window, had a view of the hotel's wall. Aircon is very weak. Fan works but there was no cold air.

Perfectly located hotel for the Barceloneta area, easy walks to the beach, marina, local sights and hundreds of bars and restaurants. The hotel is very well maintained, attractive communal areas, clean, tidy and with a lovely residents only coffee shop. The pool deck and bar area is compact but amazing, for daytime sunbathing or evening drinks and snacks. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Compared to other very similar hotels locally, the price can be a little uncompetitive at certain periods, especially for a 2 star hotel. This time it was similar, but I was looking for availability later in the year and it's more than double than another hotel about 800m away that we have also stayed in, with equally good facilities.

Lovely clean modern property in a good location. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I did have a strange experience with the swimming pool area where we were not allowed to sit at the tables with beds unless there were 4 people. My daughter had just been discharged from hospital so I kindly asked if we could sit at them and the man working there dismissed me telling me he was the owner of the bar and even put his middle finger up at me! Very rude and unprofessional! The staff at reception were able to sort an early check in for us which was much appreciated.

The location is excellent. Good value for money. Pretty clean.

Staff can be more helpful. People working at the front desk sometimes could not answer simple questions about how to get somewhere. We stayed a week and never got a coffee refill of the coffee. The towels look tired, "off-white" color. Not sure what is going on with the pool, but ...We went one day to take a dip and sit there. Apparently, this is a bar with pool not the pool (as it advertised) , and you need to order drinks or food. And you can not sit anywhere where available because it's for "the bigger company." We really felt like second-class citizens because we were asked not to sit here and not to sit there.

great location, friendly staff

The location is the reason to stay at Hotel Oasis. We were so close to the Gothic Quarter, Barceloneta, the pier - everything. We even walked to the funicular for Montjuic from the hotel. The patio area is nice for a drink and some sun.

It was pretty clear that the hotel was short staffed. We called for an iron and ironing board but they didn't have anyone to bring it up. While we were checking in, another guest came down to say that the room he had been assigned hadn't been cleaned. The staff we did meet was very nice and helpful.
