The location was fantastic! For a family, it was such a fun, vibrant but safe and quiet (in term of noise at night) area of the city to stay with easy access to transport and everything you needed close by. Could not recommend this location enough.

The condition of the apartment was a little run down however still comfortable and clean.

Excellent location in the Gracia district with shops and restaurants. A short walk to the metro station and not far from Casa Mila and Park Guell (30-minute walk). The apartment is spacious, accommodating 4 people, with effective air conditioning. The self-check-in and check-out were very convenient, and there was good communication via Booking chat.

There is some wear, especially in the bathroom. The hairdryer is old and doesn't work well. Additionally, there is no electric kettle in the kitchen. It would be nice if some tea or coffee was available.

The property was clean and spacious for the three of us. Well supplied. Located on a nice street.

The facilities were in an ideal location. It is a very quiet neighbourhood with all the amenities literally on your doorstep. The checkin was effortless and quick. The apartment was spacious and clean. The children loved the wifi. The staff on the property were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely use MH properties for future travels and would recommend it to other families.

The only shortcoming, there was no kettle to make a cup of tea but it was not a crisis.

Check in and payment was automatic on site. Apartment was large and comfortable. Master bedroom was superb. Two bathrooms were very convenient. Great location, with beautiful street leading up to apartment. All amenities and facilities expected were in place (Except there was not kettle)

Second bedroom with two single beds was very small, where travel baggage being required to be placed outside of bedroom. Apartment cost was rather high vs other options. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The apartment was spacious apart from the room with two single beds (but I understand it cannot be helped!). Great location with a lot of shops and restaurants around. The apartment had big luggage lockers that can comfortable ft two big check in suitcases. The staff, despite being remote, were incredibly responsive both over the phone and messages.

The apartment did not have any supplies such as coffee, tea, cooking oil, salt, paper towel, etc.

First of all, the location is calm and quiet, no noises at night, which is the big advantage when being in a big city. Also, the apartment is spacious and has different facilities: a washing machine, a fridge, a cooker and an oven which was, definitely, a benefit for us, to be able to cook ourselves. Also, check-in is super easy, calling the reception at the door and then checking in with the machine which will just require the code of your booking and will scan your passport. Checking-out is also easy, dropping keys in the box just opposite the machine for checking-in. Besides, there is the luggage storage (there are two of them) in the ground floor, which requires 1 euro to store the luggage, which will be returned after picking up the luggage and was super comfortable for us. We checked out and left our luggage for a couple of hours there. The subway is just a few min from the apartment. And there is Mercadonna supermarker 20 min away, where you could buy a variety of food.

All was great, but if there was a tea kettle, would be also appreciated .

Property located in the neighborhood of Gracia in front of a small plaza were you could see families and children playing. Felt very safe to walk around, multiple shops and smaller restaurants with great menus. Located close to the metro station that takes straight down to downtown main attractions. Property itself had plenty of space for a family of 4-5.

Minor issue with bathroom door otherwise great property

MH Gracia, tucked away among the streets of Gracia, 5 mins from the Fortuna station and 10 from Joanic, so getting around was easy. It is in a very good location, the area has plenty of dining options with an excellent variety if you didnt just want to fill up on the great Spanish fare that is available. The apartment was comfortable and had everything you will need for the first 3 days or so. There are quite a few mini supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Check in is an automated process takes a couple of minutes and that's it you get the door card. All in all I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It would have been nice to get a starter refreshment pack, if you turned up late there is nothing in the apartment unless you want to clean it... Everything stopped at midnight in the area so if you are a night owl maybe not the best location

The location is 5-minute walk from Gracia subway station and 10-minute walk from Casa Vicens (Gaudi's first residential project). There are clothing stores, bakeries, restaurant and supermarket on the way to the accommodation, but not crowded and noisy. The check-in procedure was contactless, easy and quick. The room is spacious and fully equipped, with small balconies --my daughter very loves standing on the balcony watched bird and dogs.
