We spent a family holiday for the week in Barcelona. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Good size bathroom with good facilities and a fully equipped kitchen - it was small but easy to cook in and had all the required appliances. The overall size of the apartment was good with one bedroom for parents and a pull out sofa bed for the two kids. Adequate space for our needs and we spent most of the days and evenings out of the apartment. There was a small balcony on the street to see the life on the street. The windows had external shutters and curtains inside so good privacy and noise was blocked out okay. We were on the 4e floor easily accessible with a lift. There was also a roof top terrace available. The apartment is quite modern and everything worked. Of course the biggest positive is the location in a great neighbourhood with lots of places of interest and to enjoy eating and drinking. Two metro stops close by and very easy to get anywhere in the city or to the beach. We would stay here again!

Hard to be negative but I would suggest new towels and bed linen. What we had while more than adequate were starting to look a little tired. The mattress of the pull-out sofa bed was pretty dirty and could have been replaced. The apartment was clean but could do with a really heavy deep clean and freshen up of surfaces and furniture - but that's just being very picky...

Excellent location in a walking distance to Lesseps metro (major Metro line) and among busy shopping/dining district. Plenty of lovely breakfast places in just a few minutes from the apartment. The metro exit leads you to the street you need; there is even a sign for it right next to the exit. Grocery shops and organic food shop just in 3 minutes from the place! The apartment has everything you need, including kitchen area, a stove, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, kitchen utensils, mugs and some pasta/salad bowls, etc. The shower is excellent with no pressure issues; the AC works fine as well. Please note that although Park Güell is very close, getting there is rather tricky if you have difficulty walking uphill and climbing many steps. The closest side of the park is actually an exit from it, so you will have to walk around some to find one of the entrances. Make sure to get your tickets early online. They are usually sold out by the time you get to the park.

The property was very easy to find and the instructions I was sent were step-by-step and super helpful. There was an elevator as well, which was super helpful. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed/replaced: the flush button on the toilet (which falls apart) and the restroom door that gets stuck every time you close it, and the door handle which might come off unless replaced soon. Also, the fringe was cleaned with some Clorox solution and had a strong Clorox smell inside it, which made it hard to store certain food in open containers (like berries). However, none of these trivial things bothered my family much while staying at the apartment. We had a great time.

Amazing location- walking distances to most places of interest in Barcelona. Lots of amazing food options around. Apartment itself was well maintained and came with all amenities for the stay. It has a hidden car parking lot that is very safe and secure as well at a good price per day basis. supermarket opposite to the Apartment. Amazing walking alleys filled with cafes and restaurants.

keep up the good work.. Try to provide vacuum cleaners for cleaning - it useful when guests stay more than two days for easy cleaning.

We arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport through Bonavista. It made the entire transition from the airport to the apartment easy. We also appreciated the washer and dryer since it was the midpoint of our trip. They machines were small and I’m sure I wasn’t using the best setting but there was a laundromat downstairs that allowed us to wash and dry the majority of our clothes (a week’s worth for 3 adults) in approximately 1 1/2 hours!

The sleeper sofa was not very comfortable. But creative positioning helped. Such as sleeping horizontally across the bed instead of lengthwise eliminated feeling the bar under the mattress.

Great location in Gracia, which is a great district in Barcelona. Easy to enter & secure. Facilities were good, dishwasher, washing machine & a little box with cleaning utensils (detergent, soap, cloth).

Although we reserved for 4 people, the couch bed was not prepared and we had to look for the bed sheets. One towel was quite dirty. With the couch extended, place was definitely smaller than imagined. We also missed some add'l facilities such as olive oil for cooking, toilet paper was scarce... However, for the two nights we stayed, it was a good place to stay.

The information sent to me in advance was perfect for getting into the apartment without any problems upon arrival. Victor, the manager who assisted me and met me at the apartment to get my security deposit, was a wonderful host and ambassador for Barcelona. His recommendations for places to eat and things to do were perfect! The location was really really great. I am not much for very big touristy groups and the Gracia district was nice and quiet and made me feel at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee, great food, great shops and the metro were all close by.

Spacious, clean apartment! We loved the bedroom, nice size living room, decent size kitchen, nice size bathroom and shower. It really felt like a hotel room given the cleanliness and space. Loved how close we were from Passeig de Gracia, and the adjoining streets near our apartment were full of little cafes and boutiques, lovely place to walk around at night or get a cafe. Victor, our host, was extremely helpful and he provided us a great reco on eating at Sol Soler (must try!) for tapas. This was one of our favourite stays during our trip to Spain and Portugal, a great apartment.

Not much, this place was great. The only thing is there should be more toilet paper made available, especially for a family of four. This was a common theme in other places we stayed in Spain and Portugal. The elevator is really tiny, made for two people and some luggage...otherwise we took the stairs lugging up our luggage.

Easy to find. Great communication from the property. Fantastic location- walking distance to the centre if you’re fit enough, and 5 minutes from a metro if you’re not. Beautiful shops and exceptional restaurants all a short walk away, so no need to go to the town centre if you didn’t want to. Also, cracking wee supermarket across the road with plenty of provisions including cold beer/wine and fresh fruit, bread etc.

The property was spotless & “hotel-like” setup. Accommodations were very comfortable. AC & washer/dryer worked without issue & were perfect for hot days, with a large family on daily excursions. Convenient local shops nearby.

Only issue was location. I love to walk, but 20+mins from center on hot days, with large family, eventually forced us to use the metro. Not a terrible compromise, but not as close as I thought it’d be.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and we had everything we need in the apartment - wifi, smart tv, full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, air condition, heater. Location is great, near Fontana metro station and lots of dining options nearby. There's also a playground behind the building (great for kids). The manager and staff were also very nice, helpful, and responsive to all our questions and requests.

Bed on the master's bedroom is a bit hard, the sofa bed is ok. Weak water pressure in the shower sometimes.
