Clean, comfortable, there is an elevator, two terraces. The kitchen has all amenities, a stove, a large refrigerator, several types of plates and glasses. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels great. There is a 24-hour supermarket right across the street. 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia. Taxi to Plaza Catalunya - 10-12 euros. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a metro line L4 5 minutes away. Key collection takes place 10 minutes from the apartment. The lady was extremely kind and nice. He gave us full information. She spoke perfect English. We asked for a transfer to the airport because our flight was very early in the morning. Everything was perfect. We paid 45 euros in advance by card. I give it a deserved 10.

The apartment was spacious, very well equipped, clean. Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood at the 5th floor and had a balcony aw well. 5 min walk from the subway station of Joanic. (You d better use this station instead of the 'Sagrada Familia' as it is quicker, easier to access and takes you directly to city center without having to change trains.)

In regards to our stay to Sensation apts everything was great. Nothing to comment :)

This is a great apartment in a great location. We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has everything you need including a convenience store across the street and lots of local cafes and restaurants to make your stay very easy. It's close to good metro's and buses so we could get to everywhere we needed to be easily. The suburb is very nice and lovely to walk around.

The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep. I would love to stay here again but I cannot sleep on such a hard bed. I usually love the European mattresses which are firm but comfortable but this felt like the topper had been removed and it was just springs.

Pretty much everything was perfect. - Nice staff, easy communication. - Good location, quiet but close to a lot of tourist routes, just 5 min walk from the Sagrada Família. Lots of shops, cafés and restaurants near by. - clean, modern looking and comfy interior.

- a minor thing, only relevant for the cold period of the year - the sliding door on the balcony doesn't close tightly, so there is always a few mm gap on either side of it. So if there is a wind you can hear and feel it when sitting close to it. - also a few hooks in the corridor would be handy to hang jackets and stuff.

Very clean and well equipped. Nice rooftop balcony. Was a Kind gesture from owners to leave a card and wine as we were celebrating my friends wedding. Supermarket across road Good location for sightseeing as Sagrada familia short distance away . Collection of key in a different building 10 mins away . No luggage storage on departure so had to find and pay to leave luggage in a secure place. Would definitely recommend

The apartment is as the picture shows. The main parents bed is very large and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved our large tv that had Netflix on. Our kids felt very comfortable there. We also loved the small balcony and thick very nice towels. Felix at the front desk was very accommodating and he is THE person to go to. He was very nice and definitely made our stay even better.

Very small things. The elevator tends to break but this is fixed quickly when you update the office. We got the new towels in the middle of our week stay but the old ones were also left at our apartment.

Clean, spacious apartment with basically everything you need. In a good location away from tourist chaos but close enough to the metro. Very friendly and helpful staff at checkin. Crib was perfectly adequate for our baby.

Mostly minor things. - Appliances were very cheap and not enough outlets (have to keep plugging/unplugging to use the coffee machine, then the microwave, etc). Nice to have a nespresso machine but no pods were provided. - Burned myself using the oven because there was no oven mitt, only a thin towel. - A bit annoying to have to go to a different place to pick up your keys, but we knew to expect this and they offered a free taxi. - We could only get a late checkout by checking with them the morning of checkout, which makes planning a bit difficult. We were then told it would be another 50eur without having been warned ahead of time that this would be the case. It was still worth it for us, but would have been nice to know that sooner.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location. The staff was helpful in providing information and very kind. We arrived late, after the front desk closed, but Irene was kind and patient with us and waited for us to give us the keys to the apartment. We had some problems with timing and getting around on the metro at first, so it was really nice to be greeted and treated in such a kind way. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed, and it was easy to set up. There was a nice selection of complementary items in the bathroom and in the kitchen, which was very nice...oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, sugar, soaps, most of the basics, so you don't have to buy many things, especially for a short stay. The apartment is located just a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia, so metro stops are close and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets close by. Highly recommendable, and we'll definitely be back. We absolutely loved Barcelona!

Sensation Authentic Gracia was the perfect apartment for our stay in Barcelona. The apartment itself is spacious, more so than the photos would suggest, and it has a great balcony. The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you would need for your stay. Communication from the host was excellent and they were extremely helpful. Having visited Barcelona before but not the Gracia area we were blown away by the neighbourhood. It has everything you could need for eating and drinking and it is not far from the city centre.

There isn't much that we didn't like about our stay.

The beds. This stay finally taught me the difference between a hard bed and a good quality firm bed. The beds were hard and therefore not particularly comfortable. It would be nice to have (1) extra set of towels. Otherwise the apt was spacious and well laid out. The pictures aren't joking when they show 2 twin beds with 6 inches between them. It's a very tight squeeze in that room.
