The location was very good, close to metro station and walking distance from La Sagrada Familia. Kitchen appliances and tools were enough. Washing machine is very useful. It was very clean and newly furnished. Wifi was OK.

I wish there had been cleaning every day. Maybe it was upon request, i am not sure. Heating done by air conditioning only. The kitchen table had very pointy corners (this may be a risk if you are travelling with a toddler). Extra dishwaser soap, garbage packs or towels/sheets were available in the locker at the entrance floor. We have found these by coincidence. I wish this information was available in the infirmation paper at the room.

This place is wonderful, spacious, very well located, surroundings are very safe to walk in the evenings. The kitchen is equipped with the most important items, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Check in process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this place for 4-6 people.

There was nothing I disliked but perhaps if I have to say something, then it will be good to equip the kitchen with olive oil, salt and vinegar (a bit more than it had). For people using the place for a few days it may be difficult to buy a whole bottle of olive oil

We arrived at a time when the reception was closed, but the self-service check-in was completely understandable, when we met the receptionist the next day, they were always so warmly welcomed. We appreciated the roses prepared as part of the local holiday. The apartment smelled of cleanliness, equipped above standard. Great location, 2 minutes walk to la Sagrada Familia, few minutes to metro, shops, bars, restaurants nearby.

Very spacious apartment, perfect for a family of four. We even enjoyed a small balcony. Great location, with lots of shops around and close to several metro stations. Quiet neighbourhood. Modern and cool design.

Sound proofing inside the building was not great. We could hear a lot the noise from the other apartments as well as water from pipes, etc. Or perhaps we’d just been unlucky that the other guests in the building were not very mindful of other occupants (letting children run for instance).

It was spacious, clean, and very quiet, despite being only a few short blocks from both the Sagrada Familia and the Passeig de Sant Joan, with its incredible Mercat de l’Abaceria. Also a short walk to a wonderful wine shop (Vinalium) and local craft brewery’s store (Espiga). The washer, dishwasher, oven, and stove all came in handy. Andy at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Great location. Literally a 5-6 min walk to Sagardia Familia and the metro. Quiet and away from the late night noise. Great friendly staff with amazing recommendations...Andy and Hoffman patisserie smashed it. Must visit. Easy check-in and person-less checkout.

If I'm being picky....no freezer. Bigger TV (my eyes) Lockers to leave your bags...only 3 large ones...could have more of those but we had 6 large bags so should be fine for most.

We asked to order a taxi for the time we had to get to the field, the owner of the place helped us and ordered us a taxi and on time. Thanks

We asked to check in earlier than the original time and we got permission, when we actually arrived the room was not ready. However, it should be noted that the owners did everything in their power to realize the entry to the room as early as possible. We actually entered at 3:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM.

+ Wonderful, friendly check-in process | We arrived while the reception desk was still open, and the woman who checked us in (her name is on the tip of my tongue, ack!) was really friendly and funny, and shared info about a city-wide concert taking place the weekend we were there to enjoy. + Storage lockers! | We booked our stay in Barcelona before we booked our flights, and we ended up needing to transfer to another hotel because we were in town an extra day but our room at this place was not available to extend. Because of the commonly early check-out times and late check-in times, we had a long gap where we didn't want to have to cart our luggage around the city, so we're very grateful for the secure, easy-to-use storage lockers! There are eight or so lockers if I recall correctly, and each one is large enough for a large suitcase + some personal items like a backpack or another small suitcase. Each one costs one Euro to lock, and can only be paid in cash/coins, which was fine for us because we happened to have some coins on us when we were checking out.

- The main reason I booked this room was because of its large patio, but I didn't realize that it was on the first floor and was constructed to feel like we were in a basement. There were stories-high walls all around, and we didn't use it much because not much light came in and because there were lots of spiders, flies, and other bugs. I imagine the bugs got in and had a hard time getting back out, not knowing where to go! Now that I know this, I wouldn't book this room again as it's not our cup of tea.

washing/dryer combo machine - despite best efforts, drying takes forever (up to 9 hours!) to get clothes truly dry - no clotheslines available to hang clothes to dry outside or a rack for inside — perhaps something to consider or upgrade the washer/dryer unit perhaps? One other items is that we could hear neighbors sometimes at night coke in and out and doors close and all but that’s living in a flat :-) We managed regardless to have a great stay!
