The hotel was amazing. We only paid for bed and breakfast but for us it was a full board experience. The breakfast was very generous everything we needed and more. From 12 till 8 you have an amazing lounge bar for the level guests with snacks bakeries alcohol and soft drinks and at night you also have tapas meal with alcohol and soft drinks absolutely wonderful. The pool area was very nice and clean the stuff was very friendly and helpful and just in general we enjoyed our entire stay in this hotel. The area of the hotel was very great because you had everything you need. it wasn't in the center so you could breathe fresh air and have some quiet for yourself and if you needed to go to a busy place like la rambla you just need to take a taxi 10-15 minutes and you're there. Will definitely come back to this hotel again. ❤️

The hole experience was Excellent , Staff were very helpful , Breakfast choices were excellent , Open Buffet 9am -6pm was free good selection of food , drinks, appetizers to choose from. Transport links from the Hotel were very good all within walking distance ie Tram and Buses very good . Metro link were not to far either. Hotel is located near shopping areas so a good choice of eateries, tapas bars still available if you decide not to go into Central Barcelona . To summarise this was excellent experience.

Lovely staff, amazing hotel, they helped making my boyfriend's birthday really special. Also lovely complimentary tapas time. Enjoyed every minute of our stay ❤ the seaview was worth the extra money, couldn't get enough of the gorgeous view, waking up to the sunrise over the sea.. perfect start of your day 😊

The Level Lounge was a great place to relax and snack. The service was really good and everyone was super attentive. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, especially with the view from the 24th floor.

The room was pretty average for the price. It was a really basic room, super small. Had 2 doors that led to nowhere with weird transparent stains on the wall. There was no blinds or tint on the bathroom glass which was extremely weird.

The Level Bar and Pool were excellent. Happy Hour included free drinks and snacks early evening which made the stay more enjoyable. We stayed in the upper levels which gives you access to premier check-in, free drinks and snacks, which made the stay feel special. Staff were very helpful and professional

sound proofing between rooms wasn't the best, and our first room was opposite a bank of lifts which turned out to be a bit noisy. The hotel reception team moved us to a quieter room. For £400 per night it was OK, but perhaps a bit pricey compared to other hotels I've stayed in with similar facilities.

The location was superb, I stayed on the 22nd floor and sleeping an waking up to the amazing view was superb! The breakfast was top class. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to staying here again when next am in Barcelona.

I would not particularly impressed with the fact that 99% of the channels on TV were Spanish speaking. As I couldn't speak a word of Spanish aside "How are you?" It was a struggle watching TV. I am seriously considering learning the Spanish language.... It was a bit of a let down that I could not watch my Netflix from the smart flat screen TV. I was told Hotel policy would not allow it to be connected to Wifi. Hey, it was not much of a spoiler, I would still rate the experience as great.

The hotel as a whole was amazing, definitely 5 star

I had a facial in the spa. It was undertaken by a male, and he was so rough when massaging me arms, neck and shoulders, it was so painful, I was going ask him to stop . I do not think he was properly trained to do facials as he did not undertake any techniques that would normally happen during a facial. I got the impression he didn't know how to do a facial. I put on the forms that I am pregnant, as I am in the early stages of pregnancy, so he should not have been rough when doing the massaging of my arms and neck. There are not enough food options in the hotel for children

Good localization. Close to the tram and metro. Breakfast was really, really good, in a room on the 24th floor with beautiful views and guests only from the Level part, so we never waited for a table and people were on the level. They made omelettes on request, but you don't see any ingredients and you don't know that there is, for example, salmon, because this information is nowhere to be found and the extras are in the drawers. For Level guests there is a separate reception on the 25th floor where you can drink wine, beer, soft drinks and eat a small snack or fruit all day long, and it looked like small All Inclusive, but with self-service and a high level. In the afternoon, just before dinner, there was a 1.5 hour window for the Aperitif on the 24th floor and there were snacks and branded alcohol (self-service) there too. It's delicious if someone can make a drink, you can make an Aperol with local champagne, bloody merry, drink beer or wine and even vodka. During our stay, there was never a situation where someone exaggerated with alcohol, despite the fact that it was unlimited and free. The best that has happened to me in hotels from the over the hundred I've been. The staff spoke English and we also met very nice Polish-speaking people and a lot of Polish-speaking guests living permanently in other countries. Safe and Wi-Fi free of charge

The renovated room was okay but the one we originally got was in bad condition, so after our complaint, we received better one. The juices on breakfast were good, although sometimes they were held for too long and you could feel fermentation. The windows do not have the option of opening or even tilting. Coffee from capsules is the second worst I've ever drank in Barcelona but there is one coffee bean machine and this one is okay. Maybe nothing special but much more better than from capsules.

Everything was good about the hotel, from the arrival we were welcomed by Manu, extremely good professional and gentle , he made our stay even more special. I cant remember last time we had such a warm welcome in any hotel, Manu made the difference. The complimentary bites and drinks served daily in the hotel sky lounge is also a big plus enjoying a great view
