Lovely room with very comfortable bed and pillow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing roof terrace, excellent very central location. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner.

Nothing. I was disturbed a lot by the other guests, scraping furniture around and being noisy slamming doors. I was kept awake until about 1am and then woken up at about 7am. So I got more and more tired. But the hotel isn’t really to blame for that.

Location - Hotel was perfect, in the heart of the old town on what is called gin and tonic street due to all the bars there. Rooms - Cleaned every day, perfect for us. They even upgraded my daughter and her friends room to feature a huge terrace as there were 3 of them in one room so gave them a bigger one!! Staff - Always had a smile on their face and couldn't do enough to help you, even when faced with 12 of us booking in all through one person. Had a few issues with the payment through my credit card company which was easily sorted by them. The staff in the restaraunt, bar, on reception and the cleaning staff were always friendly and happy to see you. Breakast - Only tried one day as we prefer a lie in on our hols after some late nights. Food was fine, typical hotel breakfast with continental style buffet and cooked English style eggs, sausage, beeans etc. Just as a note there were 12 of us staying aged from 14 through to 68 and every one of us loved the hotel.

Only tiny thing would be that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Nice hotel, good location, staff very friendly and helpful, we were upgraded on arrival as there was a better room available and were also given a room free of charge to use on the last day as we had a late flight. These are the little things which would make me return as usually hotels would be wanting to charge for these things. Great customer service.

I could not fault the hotel, there is no pool but this did not bother us, the beach is only a couple of minutes walk an there is a jacuzzi on the rooftop

Nice modern hotel in the heart of the old town, less than 2 mins walk the beach and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Stayed in a sea view room on 7th floor which gave a nice view of the sea above the surrounding buildings. Room was a bit small but fine for just 1 person. A nice little balcony but most of the space was taken up with 2 sunloungers, just a table and chairs would have been better, especially as it's winter No other complaints!

Immaculately clean, fantastic breakfast and a great central location in the old town so great access to food, drink and entertainment. Also very pleasant and helpful staff and a nice roof terrace with plenty of sun loungers

It's in the heart of the old town so be prepared for plenty of street noise until the early hours. It's really not too bad with the windows and doors closed, but don't expect total peace and quiet and you won't be disappointed.

We were met by Rosanna and Diara with a warm and friendly welcome.They were so helpful and sincere. The room was lovely and very clean throughout. Breakfast was more than sufficient with a large variety of choices. The hotel was right in the center of the old town which was convenient to wonderful restaurants and shops. It was a short visit but we will be back to this lovely hotel.

Everything was excellent. Parking is off site as the hotel is in the pedestrian area but the parking is only a short walk away.

Right from the welcome text on booking the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, plenty fresh fruit, breads, pastries and hot food too. The location of the hotel is perfect right in the old town and three minutes walk to the beach. And being on a pedestrian street there is no traffic noise. Excellent stay and great value for money. If we return to Benidorm we would book it again without hesitation

Booked one night as meeting friends. Well situated. Pleasant and friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean. Good size bathroom. We had a good sized balcony overlooking the pedestrian zone and the sea. Good buffet breakfast with a varied choice of hot and cold food. Parking is available in a multistorey public car park approx 5 minutes walk. Will definitely be booking here again.

The only negative was turning off the coffee machine at exactly 10.30am, when breakfast ended - just when another cup was needed. We did ask, but it was a definite "not possible as breakfast ended". This was despite there still being people in the room with food out on display and available. Minor point.

Great location nice and clean with helpful staff

Room very hot air conditioning not working hard enough to cool it down. Toaster in restaurant needs replaced had to put bread in 5 times even the it wasn't toasted .

Lovely modern hotel, spotless throughout. Nice staff, great location.

Unfortunately we picked the wrong room. We had a triple room facing the inside of the hotel...the only view was the brick wall of the room opposite, we didn't get any freash air, a bit like a lift shaft. We should have chosen better.
