Good location for Mal Pas Beach and Old Town bars. Small but modern room, which was boutique style. Plenty of hot water and good large shower. Modern newly decorated entrance and corridors with great bedroom door security door system. Had free safe and fridge. Quiet hotel and no long wait for lift, which really makes a difference. Reception staff are mainly very helpful and friendly. Competitively priced. Room service staff excellent. Very clean property.

Sea view was as described but a little disappointing when you have stayed in Poniente front line hotels . It was only seen from the balcony if you stepped outside and looked towards the end of the narrow road. Directly opposite was a somewhat unattractive building, but this was reflected in the reasonable price, no doubt. There was no central lounge or bar area to meet other guests as I did not take the breakfasts on offer downstairs for an additional cost. I would recommend the hotel and stay again but not for more than a few nights as the social side for me is limited.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in Benidorm and don’t usually leave a review, but I’m very impressed with this hotel. The room is spotless, great shower, comfy bed, AC, fridge and safety deposit box....also has a smart TV which enabled me to watch YouTube/Netflix etc, and various English channels. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the hotel is situated in a perfect location in old town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I have just returned home from 9 nights at this wonderful hotel. It is located in the heart of the old town in Benidorm within walking distance to many good bars and the famous tapas alley and walking street. The staff at Mirador del Castillo are very warm and friendly always with a smile. I stayed in a single room on the 2nd floor that was bright & fresh. The balcony is a good size and yes it really does have a sea view. The bathroom has a walk in shower that was quite powerful. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and the next time I plan a holiday to Benidorm I will see if this hotel is. available.

My only concern was the pillow was flat and firm but everyone has different preferences.

A lovely welcome by staff. Very clean hotel & excellent location in the old town. The room was big (301) with plenty of space for toiletries , clothes etc. Bonus of a fridge. Would have liked a kettle but not a big deal. Breakfast was good, very fresh and taken in a below ground level room, no windows but TV for company. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries and yogurts etc. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Upon chatting to the morning receptionist we found out that each room is individually decorated with a different theme. Location was excellent, 2 mins to nearest bars and restaurants and about 3 mins to the beach. What’s not to like! We were there during Pride week which we didn’t know but as a same sex couple it was even better. Great atmosphere regardless of anyone’s sexuality.

Would have liked a kettle for a morning brew.

beautiful hotel! hard to say it’s 3* felt like a little luxury boutique hotel! the gentleman on check-in was delightful. I live in Benidorm but has an issue with my apartment and he gave me the best room in the hours which on the 4th floor and on the corner and I think it’s 402. they are the dearer rooms but very nice and huge! immaculate and brand new interiors to the hotel, it’s been refurbished or rebuilt extremely recently. right in the heart of old town, cannot be more central, and the bed was so comfortable!

The hotel is in a prime location centered between the beach, bars and restaurants. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially Ovidio who was the graveyard shift receptionist that helped book my taxi for the airport and also told me about cool bars and restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately my room was located directly above the front desk and could hear everyone checking in and out or walking in and out of the hotel.

Fantastic location and quiet even though it's very central. Loved the blackout roller blinds which added to security as well as aiding sleep. Staff seemed friendly enough and I appreciated the free coffee and snacks from reception. Decor was funky, everything felt very fresh and clean as the hotel was only recently built, and the bed was comfortable.

The slightly unusual bathroom arrangement locating as a small windowed room within the room didn't really bother me as some reviewers I have seen as I was on my own (and in any case the glass was frosted and there was a curtain which could cover one side), but the annoying thing about it was that there was a small light in the bathroom which couldn't be switched off and was so bright it was keeping me awake as it shone out to the main room, so I had to figure out a way to cover it by piling up some items. Also disappointed as I had to leave a day earlier than expected and was not offered a refund, when I have read another review describing the same scenario and they were.

The location was fantastic...all the shops 1 min walk away..same for the little beach..and 2 other beaches at both sides...the old historic church and the remains of an 800 years old castle is at the MIRADOR viewing point 1 min walk away..tapas alley around the corner...amazing location..the hotel was spotless...modern and all what you need...the breakfast was great..well I had it 11 mornings anyway..kept me going through to tea time ....a must stay

Everything was fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the little fridge was very handy, great location... The only awkward thing was having the bathroom inside the bedroom, just with glass "walls". Yes, there are curtains but still you can hear everything (every "plop!" if you know what I mean...). Not a problem for us, but still something to mention. Also, I have to mention how nice Alberto was, very friendly and helpful. A rise for that man. All together, would book again at this hotel 100%
