Staff was excellent, location and rooftop terrace were perfect. Comfy bed and good aircondition. Great value for money.

The room was located towards the front entrance and all the noise from the bars and garbage dumping all day/night along. I wish I would have read the reviews better since I am a really light sleeper. That meant I could not sleep more than the couple quiet hours during 02-06. I wish next light sleeper finds my comment. For us couple nights went there and there but could not be there for longer without getting crazy.. Also bathroom had uninvited guest. Can't complain more thought, we really thought it was an amazing place but the noice thing is something you should consider.

Amazing location, wonderful friendly and attentive staff, and very good value for money. The air conditioning is especially helpful during the hot summer weather. The included breakfast was delicious. This really exceeded our expectations for a 2 star hotel. Will definitely be staying here again!

We were on the 6th floor so the WiFi signal was very weak. Balcony doors can only open from the inside, but it is possible to lock yourself out on the balcony. It didn't happen to us, but it is a real risk and the hotel should address this issue as a matter of safety.

The hotel was lovely and staff were friendly and accommodating. I liked that they are able to speak English and understand what you are saying. The room was amazing fresh and clean and safety deposit box was a good feature ensuring that all your personal stuff was protected while you was out. The hotel just needs to inform the customer that they need to pay for it.

The hotel was quiet noisy but that what happens when you have bars and places to eat near the hotel and the entrance is between another bar so can get quite annoying cutting through to get to the hotel. Other customer making noise like closing their room doors and not thinking about other quests. (not the hotel fault just brain dead people not having a common sense or respect for other people staying at the hotel)

The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful. Hotel ideally situated in Ild Town with a 20 min walk to the strip. Room spotless and was cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis. Price includes breakfast which provides several options and cooked to order. Toiletries and hair dryer provided. Room not large but big enough for 2 people with small balcony. No swimming pool. Lovely roof top garden with bar. Drink prices little less than elsewhere. All in all great value for money..

Although WiFi works great in room, it was hit and miss downstairs in the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Queens. It was an absolute perfect location in the old town and although only small in size it more than made up for it. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the friendly and helpful staff. It’s also one of the few hotels that made me miss its bed rather than my own! I would definitely stay here again.

To be honest there was nothing I didn’t like. My partner was a bit funny about the breakfasts but then again she would find some fault anywhere! I personally thought there was plenty of choice and set me up for the day. The only other negative was some couple having a blazing row outside our room in the early hours of the morning but that could happen in any hotel and out of the staffs hands, plus, I never heard anything due to the fact I’d had a good night!

Hello everyone 😋😘Originally was given a small room . Spoke to reception who understood and moved us to a lovely room and balcony. Which was ideal all down to the lovely receptionist. Room cleaned perfectly every day . Big thx to Sebastian and David( Chica Toro)😋😋😋 Thank You guys.Breakfast was nice. Location superb. Can't fault any of the staff. Special thx to Julienne. Lovely girl. The only letdown is hotel hasn't go swimming pool. But a lovely roof terrace with exceptional views. Definitely will back there.😋😋😋😋

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us cold water with ice when we arrived after a long and tiring trip and told us about everything. The room was very clean and nice and also the bathroom. There was an air con in our room! We loved it. We were surprised about the quality of breakfast it was delicious and many options to choose from. Also the terrace at the roof was amazing. Drinks were good and the view was spectacular. I spent my birthday during my stay in Benidorm and your hotel was the best choice. Very good experience I hope to come back to you!

great location in old town, plenty bars, restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk to the beach, the room was quite big and had a balcony, good selection for breakfast could be eaten inside or on the terrace, the room was cleaned very well daily bonus was no need for shampoo or conditioner as all was supplied and the bonus was they had an iron and ironing board in the room

Excellent location right in the middle of old town. Hotel was lovely and the facilities in the room for a 2 star was great including toiletries, hairdryer, kettle and iron - much more than we expected. The hotel itself was lovely and the roof terrace was an added bonus. Breakfast was a great choice and all lovely. Air con was much needed and worked very well. Great view of the sea and old town from room.
