The staff were very friendly throughout and accommodated us where needed. The hotel is in a fantastic location just far away enough from the strip to be quiet but close enough it only takes a 5 minute walk. Bars, restaurants and shops are within 2 minutes. The view is simply fantastic too! Overall I'm very happy with the booking!

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom very modern with walk in Rain and Hand shower. Good size room with separate seating area and fabulous sea view of Levante Bay and beyond. Excellent restaurant, buffet style with a good choice of international food. (If you prefer convenience food, burgers and pizzas then this is not the place for you). Set menu, waiter served for Xmas Eve and Xmas Day.. we really enjoyed, might not suit fussy eaters. Bar/lounge, great ambiance and seating with additional outside terrace with sea view; entertainment had keyboard player each night and people up doing line/ballroom/Latin dancing. Xmas had a additional acts that started around 10pm. We couldn’t fault this hotel and would definitely recommend, nice ambiance and very clean.

In house keyboard player good but a bit monotonous after two nights. This hotel is on a steep hill. Access is available via a slope or steps from the promenade which was great but might not suit some people depending on level of fitness. My mum of 87 managed with her walking stick.

Spotlessly clean hotel. Very helpful friendly staff. Lovely fresh buffet meals we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The room was lovely roomy and very clean. Very quiet also. The windows open up to make a balcony with an amazing view over benidorm beach. You can watch the sunrises and sets undisturbed by other hotels. The hotel is a short walk up the hill so take a cab if mobility or age /health problems but I managed it every day..

Absolutely nothing, beautiful hotel beautiful views

The location is great! You have the beach close to the hotel, a local store about 50m from the hotel, and the tourist bus station close by. Also, given its location, you have an amazing view of the city skyline! The food is great and you really have a variety in your choices. The staff is nice and always ready to help.

I really didn't like having to pay for my drinks when having my meals given the fact I already paid for an all-inclusive package (you only have a few free drinks at breakfast - water, coffee, and some juice). For this package at least they could have given some free water with the meals.

Breakfast was good with good choice but bacon too smoky. Also cold plates and food not hot enough. Good value if booked as bed and breakfast. Dinner excellent value and choice but again let down by cold plates and food not hot enough.

Tv programme selection. Only English Channel was sky news and occasionally DMax. No satellite .

From start to finish staff were brilliant. Allowed me to park for free out front, upgraded our room and it was clear from outset that these people were trained and willing to go the extra mile. it’s a great location with exceptionally stunning views. don’t get carried away, this is not a five star hotel, but whatever star it is, you will not find a better hotel in its category. definitely will return. with the wife this time!!

Nice location slightly away from the busy area. Beautiful sea views from the room. Rooms basic but very clean. Good buffet breakfast at only 6€ if not included in the room rate. Nice pool area although staff could have monitored more the screaming kids dive bombing customers. There should be a BIG no diving sign up. Great bar and entertainment area. Definitely recommend!

Our toilet stopped flushing suddenly so the handyman came to fix it. Next day it happened again which meant we were going down to reception area in the middle of the night to use bathroom there. When we complained again they sent the plumber again. Still didn’t work. We asked and got a late check out as compensation. Seems they knew our toilet didn’t flush (or just stopped flushing) but weren’t really prepared to address the issue.

So clean, all lovely rooms, all staff so lovely too. The view of the sea and Benidorm is also absolutely amazing! Sat in my balcony every day loved it that much x

nothing to not like tbh. would love some umbrellas round the pool.
