Room was excellent and walk in shower was powerful

Checkin staff insisted on seeing passport which we did not have with us as we had left in our house in Spain lucily had photo on phone, so was able to check in eventually. Hot food for breakast pretty dire plus breakfast was a conveyor belt type experience.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the reception staff to the restaurant and Bar, the cleaners did a very thorough job too.

the en-suite bathroom was all glass which was not something I would chose, as a married couple it wasn’t such a big deal but I would imagine for a new couple or friends sharing it could be a problem

The hotel was extremely clean, nice large sea view room and comfortable beds. Nice facilities and evening entertainment. Outdoor pool area was big and both pool & terrace bars were great. The choice of food at breakfast & dinner was fantastic. Enjoyable stay.

More information for new guests from reception staff should be provided. We weren't informed about any evening entertainment, we reserved the spa but weren't informed about towels & facilities etc beforehand. The hotel location was OK for Levante beach and the new town area but quite a walk from the old town and Pontiente beach so a bus route close by was handy. The outdoor pool wasn't heated so we were unable to use in March as was freezing.

The hotel really stood out from the surrounding hotels, modern and stylish. The whole hotel was spotless and our room was large, clean and comfortable. Pool area was attractive as were all facilities and staff were polite and efficient. Drinks were good. Dining room was spacious and no long waits.

The one night we dined in the hotel, the food was disappointing and I’m glad we weren’t staying on an all inclusive basis as most people seemed to be. There was plenty of selection but quality let it done and as seen in other reviews, food definitely needs to be warmer. It’s a shame as the hotel was outstanding in every other way.

Bright, clean, modern looking hotel. We only stayed the weekend so didn’t fully use the facilities but it seemed very popular for long stays. The room was airy and the bed very comfortable, we even had a balcony with a good sea view. The shower was excellent and it had all the extras in the bathroom such as shower gel and shampoo dispenser, shaving mirror, and hairdryer. Despite being quite full, it was also quiet at night. The hotel has its own parking garage and is very close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was a very adequate buffet.

The lift system is horrendous. You have to select the floor you want on a tablet and the system queues the lifts. Once in a lift (there were 4 but only 3 functioning, all very small), you cannot change the floors it stops at. It just doesn’t work very well. Caused huge queues especially at breakfast. Also most of the time there was only one member of staff on reception, and again people had to queue.

The location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and far enough from the night life as not to be disturbed. We were on the 16th floor with stunning views. Reception was friendly and informative. Room was huge, clean and warm. The shower was hot, towels large and soft and there was a hairdryer. There was a kettle and complementary teas and coffees. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. WiFi was excellent, had no drop out issues. We booked half board. The choice was large, something for everyone. I'd seen reviews of the bathroom and yes, ours was behind a glass wall off the bedroom. The glass was frosted half way up and the door to the bathroom sealed so privacy was not an issue. The lifts were also a little concern but you just select the floor you need and wait for the lift selected. We had no problems but chatting with others they had long waits.

The only negative thing was the hot food at meal times. It wasn't the best quality but then it's a buffet style so difficult to keep hot. We certainly ate well with our choices. Would definitely book again and be our 1st choice in the Rincon area but would only book bed and breakfast.

Location, cleanliness, variety of food options

The restaurant hall was not entertaining at all. It was more like office canteen. For a buffet options, I rather to be in a more cozy place (like the bar in ground floor), enjoy the meal and the atmosphere. We were also suprised that in a 4star hotel, the tea bags and coffees were not refilled during the room service. As we realised from the staff, it was only included as ‘welcome package’. It is super common in even non-star hotels to refill this small yet essential option, but It is a 4-star hotel! We were supervised!

The hotel was really lovely, great location, nice room, we had normal bathroom, no glass door as some have mentioned, staff very friendly and efficient , especially the chap on reception We only booked bed and breakfast, we found plenty of choice and the food was hot

The lift system was terrible, you had a pad outside each lift pressed your floor number and it told you lift A, B or C, don’t just get in any lift as it won’t stop on your floor 3 lifts for a massive hotel, one not working so they just couldn’t cope at peak times. Had to walk 7 floors down for breakfast and back up. Same when checking out, had to walk down with bags, one lady who couldn’t walk down told me she had waited an hour. Thank goodness we weren’t on floor 17! It wouldn’t stop me staying again, however would probably ask for a low floor

We found the whole hotel excellent. Great all round feeling of quality, cleanliness and great service. Ideal location and very welcoming indeed. Definitely visit the roof terrace and pool. We enjoyed the food and bar service was excellent.

Without a doubt the lack of privacy in the room was a huge issue for us ( and our friends who were staying in the same hotel too) . Whoever thought a small amount of obscured glass on the very large glass partition that formed the bathroom facilities was a good idea wants a serious talking to. After over 25 years of marriage there's things both of us want to do in private and without any visible intrusion. Each of us took ourselves to the balcony during toilet time. That was the only problem we had with the hotel and the room . I've included a photo to explain.
