The room was comfortable, the bed was pretty nice and big. I also liked the usb plugs on the bedside and the fact that the window lighted the whole room nicely, excluding the bathroom.

The bathroom door doesn't have any closing mechanism, like it has no door frames, so there is a gap between the door and the wall, so you can hear everything from outside and can be a little annoying if you stay with your partner or a friend, personally i didn't mind.

I had a nice stay here. It was for work and it was a comfortable room to sleep and work. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Because of them I found out where to park in the city, for free (min. 5 hours) if I used the metro as well.

The breakfast was ok, but for me (a vegetarian who prefers to eat ecofood) it could always be better in almost any hotel. It was a little noizy in and around the hotel. But at night it was ok. I slept well and don´t have any complaints.

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Looks nicer than on the photo. It is true that the room needed a bit of beauty touches, but we didn't care about it. If we go for a conference again, we will definitely book a room.

Value for the money. Located in proximity to our vehicle rental agency. A very good breakfast included for the price and very nice people. They let us leave our bags until we returned 2+ weeks later for a second stay.

Wish there was AC during the hotter days in September. No fan was available.

Breakfast was bit monotonous there were no egg as an options. I did not get IT support to use my office laptop due to firewall since IT is managed by 3rd party. They should have some call of system to help

Good location, just a few minutes walk to the Metro Light. Helpful staff. Big enough room and bed. Free garage and outdoor parking.

Facilities are outdated and you must rely on heating to keep warm at night (no thick blankets or extra duvets).

Near to motorway and easy to find with plenty of parking. Nothing in the immediate area for entertainment or dining. You have to drive or maybe take a tram which runs very close to the hotel. With no restaurant open options for eating are limited

Didn't stay for breakfast prefering to eat on motorway. Lack of bars/retaurants in immediate area. Hotel rooms seem to have very thin walls

Good hotel with an excellent location.

The room was outdated with worn-out walls and a broken shower. There was no possibility to connect to Wi-Fi if you have an iPhone. Breakfast was limited to bread or croissants with cheese, sausage, and jam.

Breakfast although there was a variety of choices, like cheese, ham or bread, anyhow could include prepared dishes like scrambled eggs, boiled eggs or sausages ,fruit salad for example.

Good location, very good cafe, La Parada, adjacent. Close by light metro to get to centre of Boadilla

Coffee at breakfast was only from a machine, not the best
