Cupboards too tall for me to reach but my husband could. Mirror on inside of closet door was put on the wrong door...the door that could not open. The apartment had been remodelled but they could have made the kitchen at least a little bigger. Manager was very nice, kind and accomodating. A great place and near the metro system.

The área and location. A self check-in facility, very innovative and efficient. Lovely neighborhood with many restaurants and places to eat. Easy location to get to the center of Madrid. Very convenient to where I needed to be in order to visit family.

Walls are tooo thin. It can get noisy in the mornings due to people moving in and out and the servicing of the studios. Lots of echo. At night, at times, I was able to hear my neighbors snoring! At times it felt he/she was sleeping next to me.

Great location for trams into the city. Quiet area lots of bars and restaurants and grocers within 10 minutes walk. Room was clean and spacious. On leaving our friends had left something behind. Staff found it and brought it to us for them. Very helpful.

A shame that the pool had closed on 15th September. An outdoor communal seating area would have been nice for us to relax in. There is a big terrace outside which would have been perfect.

Staff was wonderful. Help me in the checking process and gave me early checkin. Room was big , bright and very confortable. Internet in a very good speed. Had a mini kitchen with all appliances. Few restaurants and supermarket close.

If we could have breakfast would be a plus. Not a big deal after all because has a supermarket very close.

Automated check in very interesting as there is no actual reception(ist) or personnel. This, I believe, contributes to the personnel, when found, to lack friendliness or any sense of customer service. They would rather be contactless! Anonymous. Lost and found availability: NONE! Double check your room before your leave as you will never see your item again. NONE THE LESS: the Hotel room (apartment) is comfortable, clean, nicely appointed and overall pleasant and enjoyable.

In consistent service and unfriendly, feels like you are doing them a favor. (perhaps you are.) Breakfast? Restaurant? Hard to tell, its yet to be organized. Staff appears to be in training. Cost is unpredictable. CLOSED Mondays. First day cost 8.00 euros, next day 16 euros for the same meal request (one fried egg over focaccia bread with ham & cheese, 2 zumo-juices, coffee (eh!). Solution: there are other more predictable, less expensive, restaurants nearby (next door 2 others). Try La Cita: excellent food & pleasant service. Lunch: salad, main course, desert, 2 glasses of Rioja, coffee (excellent) 13 euros!

Comfortable, clean and convenient for the trip I had. The small kitchen was a plus because I stayed for a few days. Good shower.

Nothing really. It's not the best option if you have business in Madrid but for my purposes it was perfect.

Clean & comfortable. Several restaurants nearby. (The one we tried was excellent.) Lamborghini showroom next door. Automated check-in. Rail station nearby.

No free off-street parking. A little difficult to find, especially at night. Building name several floors up and obscured by trees.

Good location, felt secure and clean.

There was no kettle to make tea. Not everyone drinks coffee 🙂 A few bowls for breakfast cereal would have been good.

Great location for visiting Aravaca and Pozuelo.

Beds could be softer and kitchen could use a proper knife and cutting board.

Location was fabulous, close to cafes and areas to dine also I was visiting family . Facilities were good , having a kitchenette was a bonus , All round good value for money

Maybe a kettle to boil water for cup of tea as dont drink a lot of coffee and there was only the coffe machine
