Great location, very helpful receptionist staff, lovely large clean and comfortable room. In hindsight we should have had dinner at the hotel as the food looked really good. We did however avail of the bar later in the evening and sat outside on the terrace listening to the entertainment provided. Will recommend to all our friends.

Trying to find the hotel and car park using satnav, finally gave up and found on foot.

This was our third visit to this property. It's great that is why we return. The rooms are outstanding, now that it has been refurbished. The location is ideal, just a few meters away from the Plaza Mayor. It has excellent parking facilities and this is something else which brings us here. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I like this hotel, it has a good vibe.

It nothing I don't like but it always struck me why such a big, luxury hotel does not have a normal pool for all guests. The Spa is just by appointment with a small inside jacuzzi like pool which must be used in conjunction with a massage. Caceres is hot in summer and after all the sightseeing a dip in a nice outdoor poor would be so welcome, and a big plus. Nevertheless, we love this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great as it is within 5 minutes walk of Plaza Mayor. We had a double room with comfortable beds (twin beds pushed together) and we requested a cot which they have set up nicely for us. The room and the bathroom are spacious and comfortable for us with a baby because we had a lot of things with us - a pram, equipment to wash and dry bottles, milk bottle warmer, etc - and there was plenty of space to store everything. Overall a comfortable stay.

Although the room generally felt clean, some of the shelves and bedside tables were a bit dusty. The room temp was either too stuffy and warm or too cold - we fiddled with the thermostat but never got that sweet spot. The walls are a bit thin as we heard our neighbour snoring quite clearly.

We had a comfortable room at a convenient location to the Old Town of Caceres. The staff was very helpful in dealing with an injury to my wife by providing a wheelchair and moving us to an accessible room for the extra night we had to stay. The food at the hotel was good.

The rooms could use double or triple windows reduce the noise from activities in the central courtyard/patio dining area.

Location! 5 minute stroll to old town. Secure underground car parking. Spaces available for all sizes of vehicle. My f-type accessed car park without a problem. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet style and good selection. Coffee and tea making facility in bedroom. Cost of evening meal very similar to going into the Plaza Mayor.

Easy to flood the bathroom when using shower. Waitress made error with our dinner order but quickly rectified with an apology.

Very nice modern hotel, close to the Plaza Mayor in this historic city. Large comfortable bed, lovely big walk-in shower with lovely big towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room (not often seen in Spain). Helpful receptionist. Parking easy to find underneath the hotel for an additional €13, good continental breakfast for €7.50.

Great hotel, very large and very well located in the city centre, close to the historical area. Friendly and efficient staff. Large, comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast choice! Convenient parking facilty though a bit difficult to find the right place in the parking. Really, a great place to stay in Caceres!

Dirt and dust under the beds. Not being able to change the TV station to version original. Tried 3 different remote controls. Finally it was blamed on the antenna!!!! We believed it was blocked! Maintenance issue with mirror in bathroom

Everything excellent, the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, the restaurant for lunch was good, the location is amazing, parking very convenient.

Breakfast choice wasn't good for a 4 star hotel. Very little fruit, no choice of yoghurt only coconut and macedonia and the bacon had run out and was timely in being replenished so I didnt get any.

I have come to Cáceres to help my father who had a medical emergency whilst staying in this hotel and every member of staff were outstanding. The care they have shown for me and my father is beyond any of my expectations. They have all been very kind and supportive making us both feel like we are not alone despite being over 1000 miles from home. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done and continue to do during the stay.
