Very good price for a very good location. Walking distance to city centre, a little further to bus and train stations. Clean room, decent wi-fi, TV with channels in English (if you fiddle a little with the settings). Check out at noon was a bonus, as I had a p.m. meeting and the weather was awful. Actually surprised it was a 1-star hotel.

Hotel was full of kids for some reason, which gave a strange vibe. Didn't see any adult guests. Staff in reception may not speak any English.

It was quiet, with a very comfortable bed, and is in a great location. The room and facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great except the ceiling above the shower has water damage that hasn’t been addressed. I was taking a shower and I’m guessing the person in the room above me was doing the same because the ceiling started to drip onto me a little. Other than that, which is more of the hotel’s problem than my own, it was great.

very helpful staff , was there for you to whatever you wanted. 10 minutes from the center by walking , the room was also ok , very big bathroom ! worth it , I recommend it ! :)

Clean. Comfy bed. Good shower and bath with lots of hot water. walking distance to old town and coach and train station so good for day trips.

No view out of the window although as the street isn’t attractive this probably doesn’t matter and my room had a balcony which would be good in warmer weather. Blankets rather than duvet.

I liked the staff. They were friendly, helpful and efficient.

There was no soundproofing in the walls and my neighbours were very noisy!

Nice staff, clean and very confortable for such an affordable place. The location is good too, more or less 15 minutes from train and bus stations and 5-10 minutes from plaza mayor, I could do everything walking.

The location was good, close to everything in the city, the room was big and spacious, the bathroom was clean, everything was provided. The staff were friendly and excellent help when problem raised.

it’s a bit off the beaten track but a 15 min walk into the town centre. for one night it was ok

The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. The location was really good, you could go to the city centre by walk. For one night it's a good choice if you don't want to spend too much money.

It was not clean enough and the wall was dirty. I would recommend to clean the rooms in a better way. The curtains had a spot too, but this is not relevant, it's just to say that the cleanliness must improve. Another thing, the furniture was old, this is just a detail that don't affect my rating.
