Hotel was placed directly near the sea & bus station from where you could get directly to many locations, also around the hotel were many restaurants. The view from the room was awesome and the food was really tasty and we could choose from many options. Bross (I think it was his name) had always really good mood and made awesome foods 👌Thanks also to Juan who was always willing to help and answer all of our questions 🤩

Excellent location; close to the promenade (both the busy and calm part). Very friendly staff, great food - fresh fish & steak with some vegetarian options every evening, breakfast service was very rich too. Our whole stay was memorable, it was perfect.

The hotel could use better room door (noise from the corridor was present regularly).

Nice buffet for breakfast. We really liked our balcony that had a beach view. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The activities the hotel had after dinner were really fun and enjoyable.

A bit comfier bed and I would have been extremely satisfied with everything.

The services are focused in the german market. Also, they sell the room with views... So you pay more but our view was the swimming pool and behind the sea so is not what you imagine when you see the photos.

The room layout is very bad. The room is a bit small and the bathroom is horrible, the design of the sink is very large so it takes to much space, the toilet is bad placed so you don’t really sit comfortably.

Modern outside but tired bathroom Soulless decor , dull could be an airport lounge ! Had to book half board no choice which I never usually do - food average bland not much flavour . Good pool -long so good for lengths .

The view was the only positive part of the experience.

Worst experience. We had the room with then nicest view in the hotel and still we checked out as soon as we could. The room had a disgusting feet smell when walking in. We had to open all the windows and doors to air it out. Our feet were black from walking on the floors in the room barefoot after just a minute. The floors are clearly never mopped. The Wi-Fi did not work, and when we called to inquire, the desk told us it doesn't work in our room at all. When we requested to check out the next day we were first told that if Booking confirmed a new checkout date it would be no problem. Booking did so, but they made us stay an extra night because they didn't receive the confirmation until after checkout time. The next morning we wanted to leave as soon as possible and then they told us they would not give us our money back for the nights we were not staying. Booking then had to call and send another email. The lady at the front desk was trying everything to not give us our money back. The hotel even hung up on Booking when Booking called. After 2 hours at the front desk and multiple calls with Booking, the front desk attendant was finally forced to process our refund. Do not stay at this place!
