The location of the hotel is amazing.

the food was a bit monotonous, but for one week it is ok. But there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes, so sometimes you can skip dinner in the hotel and eat something really delicious nearby.

Location was great for the sunrise on a clear day, beach wasn’t really kid friendly but 28min walk or 10 min bike ride down the road towards the lighthouse was a lovely beach for kids. The staff are mainly Spanish speaking or German and, we thought they were friendly, not rude like the reviews we read. We only paid £980 for 5 of us all inclusive so we thought it was a bargain :) Not much entertainment apart from one night of bingo and a DJ most nights but I suppose we were out of season 🤷‍♀️

Outdoor pool was freezing but it was October! I would have liked a kettle in the room to make a coffee and sit on balcony to watch the sunrise. no

The location was truly the best in Cala Ratjada, the beach was right outside. If you’re lucky, you get to have one of your meals on the balcony overseeing the beach. The food was really good, plenty variety at most meals. If you check in having missed lunch, you can still have lunch after you check out (great for those with late flights).

It has nearly all the amenities you’d want but they all leave you wishing for more. For example, the pools (both indoor and outdoor) close at 8pm I think. That’s when you’d want them available when it’s too late for the beach. The all inclusive drinks are small and served in plastic cups during the day, requiring a small deposit from you (???). The jacuzzi and the indoor pool have lukewarm water in them. Yes, the jacuzzi too! The gym is very basic (no treadmill) and has no air conditioning. Beach towels require a deposit of €10 each, changing them comes at a cost of €1 each. The fan in the bathroom did not work.

we loved everything about the place. it was beautiful and so was the hotel. the sea view was amazing from our room.

there was no entertainment in the evenings so was pretty bouring. the only thing id say to make it a better stay.

We liked the location, the price, the view, the beach, the staff, the area and the food

We didn’t like the cold "hot tub,” the condition of the fitness room, the request not to flush toilet paper down the toilet (although that might be a city thing not a hotel thing), no tissues in the bathroom, no bidet, limited parking (we were okay, but peak season must be awful). That said, we would love to come again.

I liked the location and the space

The breakfast was fine but I didn't like much the options for dinner. The area for shows is a little old fashioned and not so comfortable. The shows were more targeted at older customers.

Many review told that the staff isn't talking English much. It was seen that management took those reviews seriously and we saw many new EN speaking receptionist. They were super kind - big thank you! The hotel is on very convenient place, with pools and direct access to beach. There is no problem to park close to the hotel and find bars and restaurants in nearby promenade.

The only thing we didn't like were ultra soft mattracess. They should be changed.

we booked breakfast and dinners and I’ve first time experienced that there were no drinks included in dinner package, not even a bottle of water

Water in the jacuzzi could be little bit warmer

Location of the hotel was fabulous but round pool and beach off the hotel was very crowded, not what I like from a beach at all. Difficulty in communicating as some staff struggled with English tho to be fair my Spanish is Zilch

Food was mainly geared for Germans as it was mostly Germans in the hotel, most days we found something adequate to eat, but overall was fine. Didnt like busyness especially in these times
