We stayed for the Ironman event, the location is perfect, out the window directly infront is the T1 & T2. 8/10 mins walk. Swim start is about 8 mins walk same direction. Whereever you stay you have to cross the train line which runs the length of the beach and is between the hotels and the beach. It’s simple enough. The registration is about a mile walk but everything’s so close. The hotel was fantastic, catered for the Ironman event with early breakfasts on race morning for athletes, the staff were lovely, attentive and always there to help. There are two lifts, bikes go on end inside and all very easy. Hotel was filled with athletes so had a great vibe. Pool is perfect size for a splash around and a few breaststroke lengths. It is not suitable for squeezing in your last swim session. Had a refurbished room, was clean, could fit all our kit for two people and two bikes. We left the bikes and bike boxes on the balcony which is big enough for them and overlooked the pool. Nearly all athletes also had their bikes out on the balconies too. All in all a good variety of food at breakfast, hot, cold, cereals, croissants, yoghurts etc. there are no kettles in the rooms for teas and coffees, I think you can ask at reception for one for an extra charge but don’t be dreaming if that hot cuppa on arrival.

One of the coffee machines at breakfast the milk that gets added automatically is so so sweet. Had to go for a long black and add milk from the breakfast bar which was okay but a better coffee machine would be amazing.

The view from our room 407 was amazing. Great variety on the buffet breakfast and brilliant location. Most of the staff very friendly in particular the barman.

Was there for the Ironman. I can’t tell you how amazing the food was . The hotel was very very accommodating for the Ironman which included changing the times in the morning of the race for breakfast . Very centrally located

In one of our rooms booked the room was very basic . But only had 1 plug for 2 people in the room .

A very comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach and the town centre so, lots of butchers, bread shops, bars and restaurants.

Not a big problem. The Hotel is used to providing for "package" guests so the staff were a bit lost with travelers like us who need to pay for meals etc. Again not a big problem. The parking is 200m from the Hotel so, again, for travelers it's a bit of a pain but the staff were very helpful (in person) to make sure we were safely parked. The parking was VERY secure. It was about 15 Euros/night. DONT park in the street unless you don't like your car.

The close vicinity to shopping, restaurants and the beach

The hotel was central, 2 minutes to the main street and train station to Barcelona or Blane's. Plenty of shops, bar's and restaurants too. The room was comfortable, shower was lovely. Breakfast and dinner was delicious 😋. I would stay there again.

Only 2 channels on the TV, BBC news and a radio station.

Booked a 3 night stay, good location near the beach at the quieter end of the resort but still near to the main street of shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were excellent - so friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and nice buffet breakfast. Nice sun terrace with small swimming pool.

A bigger swimming pool if staying with children, but otherwise adequate.

The view from room was fantastic and the shower was great.

Staff not overly helpful on reception. No parking although website said underground parking and spent neay 1hr trying to get parked. No tea or coffee facilities in room

Very nice place to stay. Very convenient location. Everything is close, beach, train, shops and restaurants. Ekaterina helped us a lot. Very attentive and very good person. The restaurant is excellent, everything is very tasty and there is a lot of variety. We will come again to this hotel.

I liked everything

Great location, very close to the station Lovely room, top floor, great views of the beach and sea. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony was n excellent touch the staff were also lovely. The buffet style evening meal is also great value.

Nothing really. I did have a trail of ants in the bathroom on one day, but that’s not really the fault of the hotel in a hot climate.
