Very friendly, polite and helpful staff/owners. Very clean. I stayed in large single bedroom which was very spacious and comfortable. Good bathroom. Good wifi. Only thing is, back rooms look on to another residential building, so no view and no privacy from window, but didn't bother me. Breakfast was simple - toast with slices of cheese & ham, pastries, juice and very good coffee, but was perfectly adequate.
Sound-proofing in hotel is poor (but this tends to be the case with all similar hotels in Spain in my experience), but not much of a problem as hotel was generally quiet.

Facilities closed after breakfast, so no evening meal. However, plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy reach.

Breakfast is very basic, perhaps too basic, left me wishing for more. Staff speaks only Spanish so I had to use my rudimental Spanish to communicate, might be hard if one doesnt speak any Spanish at all. Otherwise, everything was just enough.
