It was very clean the staff were very attentive and pleased to help with any problems. The swimming facilities were very good for children. The Restaurant staff worked hard and were always cheerful and helpful, there was a ‘ Tips Jar’ unfortunately no one put any money in it. ( we did).

The Hotel had entertainment for younger children in the early evenings and when my Granddaughter was dancing on the stage with others she fell headfirst from the top of the stage down 4 large concrete steps at the side of the stage. It was very upsetting for all to see. After complaining to the Hotel they did put a small rope and a small barrier to stop children getting onto the stage. Afraid this should have been thought of beforehand as was an accident waiting to happen. This area should be used for the acts only not for Children to climb onto. Fortunately my Granddaughter was ok, but had a nasty scrape on her face and nasty bruises to her head. She’s only 2 years old. I still don’t think the area is secure enough to stop children climbing up to play. It needs a secure barrier.

Lovely hotel, close to beach, the indoor pool was great as we were there in April so wasn't too warm for the outdoor pools. Baby was able to go in the indoor pool from 10am-1pm (possibly different depending in time of year. Breakfast and dinner were great, huge selection, everything lovely and fresh. We didn't venture too far from the hotel. Cost €52 in taxi we got from the airport, I think around €45 on the way back. Its right beside the beach, water was very cold during the time we were there but nice beach bar to relax.

No complaints from us. There's no coffee in the room which some people weren't happy about but apparently you could get some from reception. Drinks were a little expensive, for example €9 for a spirit and mixer.

Nice beaches opposite of the resort and a nice pool (max. 1.40 m depth), surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Apart from this one, there were two others available, plus a smaller indoor pool. The breakfast was good, freshly brewed espresso from the machines too bitter unfortunately, fresh fruit available. Dinner buffet was superb with a large variety during the week, and each day, to chose from. The resort was relatively quiet End of April/Beginning of March. Bikes can be rent, but mind differences in altitude, more than doubling the cycling times indicated by G. Maps! Also the Mini Golf course of 18 exercises is worth trying, it offers enough shade during the warmest time of the day, and it has been laid-out in the hilly landscape very creatively. Our 12-yrs old daughter liked the half hour's open-air dancing/disco each day, and also 2 hours of live music can be enjoyed in the evening from the terrace or from your own balcony (when situated next to the reception building). All included in the fee, but not compulsory, if you fancy something else outside the resort. BTW, the resort is situated across the walking boulevard along the beach, a first class location when you appreciate the sea and a quiet surrounding. The center of Cambrils can be reached by foot in 35 minutes.

Of course everything comes with a price. If you look for perfection, you need to pay for it... But this apartment with balcony and bathroom certainly offers value for money.

The fact i couldn't have a cup of water to take my tablets at supper time as we were not full board only half board, It was a cup of water and told cannot have only at breakfast. We would have to pay for a bottle of water with our meal which we found a little silly. We found that rather a joke as getting a glass of water at breakfast for free seemed ridiculous.

The junior suite was really comfortable for the family of 4. We loved that we had the spa/pool towels, slippers and dressing gowns included in the price. The food was lovely, different theme each night ( Chinese , Mexican etc). We thought that it would be great if the soft drinks were included in dinner price ( we booked half board . Drinks were available for breakfast but not for dinner) . The water in the pool was freezing but the sea water was amazing . We also rented bikes and cycled to Salou and back ( the children really enjoyed that). Did a day trip to Barcelona too.

Fab location. We were 6 adults, 1teen, 3 children aged 2,3 &4 at October half term. It was a bit far (2.5km) from the restaurants in Cambrils for little legs (in high season there would have been nearer ones open) so we upgraded to half board & ate in the hotel. This was ideal, the children enjoyed the mini disco before dinner while we had cocktails then it was easy getting them to bed afterwards. Food was excellent, plenty of choice for carnivores and reasonable choices for 2 vegetarians. Special mention for the Halloween food & decor on Friday, staff made a big effort. Other reviews have said the food was cold; it was tepid (importantly, not overcooked) and there were microwaves to heat it up. The pools were cold, too cold for most of us, but the kiddies' pool, being shallow, warmed up a bit in the sun. The children enjoyed it regardless. Spa pool was warm, no extra charge, but only for over 16s. Sauna also included. The beach was very close, the sea warm & shallow. Pedalos, paddleboarding, windsurfing, kayaks available to hire for reasonable charges. The beach bar was a nice touch. Plenty of sunbeds & shades available. Bike hire on site was useful to get to town. Child seats and trailers also available, as well as scooters in a range of sizes, including for the 2 year old. Helmets for children included. All beds comfy, everywhere was immaculately clean. All staff were cheerful & helpful, we really enjoyed our first time at a resort hotel with the whole family.

It was have been perfect if the pools weren't so cold.

Unfortunately the hot food that was served at breakfast and dinner was cold, sitting under the lamps did not keep it hot at all, we learnt to watch the staff put freshly cooked food under the lamp and we choose the new stuff so it was hot, shame because the choice of different things to eat was amazing

Location is perfect, right in front of the beach. Room is big, beds are comfortable, good bathrooms too, great balcony with an ocean view. We had half board, and both meals had a great variety of foods, including dessert. You can eat outside on the terrace with a view from the ocean, so beautiful. They have 3 pools, one only for adults, and the kids pool is awesome but on the end of September the water was already freezing cold, so unfortunately almost impossible to swim, the ocean was warmer. So we stayed a lot more on the beach.

The rooms were not very clean, and we were there for 4 days, they would clean the room everyday but very superficial.

Section for +18 with swimming pool, but usually full of noisy people. I wished the hotel introduced a “ keep quite “ policy as well. Well kept, beautiful garden. Great choice of food: we had half pension and we’re very happy we chose for it. Beautiful large room with balcony with stunning garden and see view. Very clean room ( cleaned every day) and facilities. Fabulous location, unique in whole Cambrils and surroundings: right at the beach, no traffic, no other hotels or sources of noice around. FANTASTIC . We prolonged our stay.

The grounds are huge and the facilities super large. I like the fact that in the facilities with see view no children. But behind , in the big blocks it’s a “ wild” place, with hundreds of noisy children and tourist who don’t talk, but scream. The same in the restaurant, very beautiful, well kelp, hard working personnel, but too many people inside at once. Can’t eat your food quietly. But if you manage the crowd and the noise it’s a fantastic place. Late evening very much noise from the bars where there is live entertainment. We didn’t find it very problematic as we stayed in the facility with see view, but if you are in the blocks behind you hear everything.

The bed was large and super comfortable. Large shower room. Good variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our kids, 6 years and 4 years loved the food and looked forward to going to the restaurant. Overall a fantastic hotel resort overlooking the beach, friendly staff and good facilities - pool, lawn tennis, spa and gym. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

We stayed at the resort on a full board basis. It was a surprise to find out that water was not included in meals at lunch and dinner except those on "all inclusive". We had to pay for water and juices for the kids for every lunch and dinner which we did not appreciate. This is not about money but basic care of all guests. At the very least tap water should be offered as an option. However for breakfast you get everything - endless coffees and teas, juices and water etc. Overall an excellent resort but consider offering water to all guests at lunch and dinner. This is the only thing we did not like.
