Staff were very nice and helpful, location was perfect

I had notified hotel that we would be arriving between 22:00 and 23:00 which was OK. As I was boarding my flight I got a phone call from hotel asking was I still on time and was told that check in closes at 23:30 and if I wasnt there by then my booking would be cancelled. My flight was delayed by an hour and I barely got to the hotel with 10 mins to spare which was stressful. I thought the hotel should have notified me of this weeks before hand not as I was boarding my flight as I could have landed in cambrils with nowhere to stay.

Very good selection of hot and cold dishes. Fresh fruit and juices and good coffee.for breakfast. The gardens surrounding the pool area were beautiful and the large windows in the public areas brought the light and greenery outside,inside. We appreciated the private ,indoor parking.

We were disappointed to learn that we were unable to have dinner in the hotel as there is no restaurant. We were tired after a long journey and would have preferred not to have had to go out again and find somewhere to eat.there are many restaurants very close to the hotel so it was not too much of a problem. Apparently they do provide a salad bar for lunch during the summer season.

The hotel is really clean and stylish. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. It's in a great location, close to the beach and sea front restaurants. The area around the pool is relaxing too, with plenty of sunbeds to go round. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We had to leave early at 6.45 and were supposed to have a take away breakfast delivered from a nearby hotel, but it didn't arrive. Only a minor thing and no reason to complain about what was a great holiday.

Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Modern building and rooms.

Parking is a big issue, the entire area is paid parking and we got fined when we just took our bags upstairs (left the car in front). Later found free parking but was a bit of a walk away.

The shower very difficult to get the temp right and to turn the thing off...spoke to other couples had same problem but for three night stay no biggy

A beautiful hotel in central Cambrils, beautiful rooms with excellent comfy beds.There is a kettle and a coffee machine which is convenien.Its an excellent location and super staff.A good buffet breakfast and a lovely seating area to relax and have a drink.

Beautiful and modern Hotel in a quiet Area but only 2 min walking to the Beach. Rooms are modern and comfortable. I am impressed from the breakfast, everything really fresh and high quality. Big plus for the parking. I couldn't use the Pool but it looks amazing.

Great location, really friendly and welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean. Great relaxation areas around the pool and overall pool facilities were excellent. Great TV in bedroom and great tea and coffee making facilities.

Found the price slightly high for what was being offered. The hotel lacked atmosphere which was more than likely the result of the bar being self service.

It was a perfect hotel for us, with really friendly and helpful staff. They were always smiling and ready to offer assistance. It was also really peaceful which we needed as our first trip after COVID. The location was also perfect as it was within very easy reach of all beaches, restaurants and bars, but also situated one road back from the seafront and therefore very quiet at night.

Frosted glass partition for toilet doesn’t offer much privacy!
