The street parking was easy around the hotel and also free. The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties of bread, savory and sweets. The bed and pillow was comfortable and the AC in the room worked great. There was plenty of space for storing our clothes with shelves and hangers. The balcony had a small clothesline, good for hanging towels and swimsuit. The pressure and temperature of the shower was really good.

I think, in my opinion the breakfast starts too late, at 7:45am, also the coffee and juices, my husband and I did not liked so much. The hotel toiletries could be improved, only offering all in one shampoo/soap, so no conditioner or body lotion.

- Every day some of plates for food and glasses for drink were dirty - Beds could be more comfortable and it would be better if there was also king size option instead of 2 twin beds - Fridge in the room was not working properly - One employee (Ms. Rafaela) was very rude and annoyed a couple of times during breakfast/dinner to guests and also other employees which wasn't necessary in my opinion.

Well located and close to the beach, restaurants and stores; big room with balcony and comfortable bed; good breakfast with big variety (including churros and crepes, and omelettes and eggs made on the spot).

No toiletries except for soap and shampoo: I asked for a shower cap and was told they didn’t have any. The hotel caters mostly to a german clientele. At times the staff in reception did not speak spanish and little english. 75% of tv stations are in german.

The staff, the pool bar and the fact you could hire beach towels from the hotel . Also the breakfast food was very nice with plenty of choice daily .

Nothing we didn’t like . I would like to see a lot more hotel that provide a basic wheel chair for Disabled guests maybe just to get to pool or around the hotel in difficult times on request .

Rooms excellent with a lot of space, great and spacious pool and nice pool bar setting. The staff at the pool bar were great and made our staying a great experience, thanks to Simon and Toni. Location is good, with the beach and stores just few minutes walk from hotel. The food dinner and breakfast were great.

We had breakfast and dinner and it was very good. It was a lot and various food for everyone. The room was clean, the bed was very comfy, with See vuew, bright and big enough balcony. Every employee was helpful and kind.

The Spa is very small, small inside pool and Sauna. The water in the pool was not warm enough. Wlkinging naked people in the Spa was kind of putting off, not for families with kids. Surrounding the hotel needs improving.

Excellent hotel, location is very good, near the beach, near the centre, both with 3-4 minutes walk. But, I would like to say that food was amazing, breakfast and dinner with a lot of meals. Stuff was very kind.

- Wi-Fi was almost unusable (bad signal and very slow) on 6th floor where we had our room. We had to use our mobile data all the time. - Food plates and glasses could be cleaner

The hotel was very close to beach. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Our room had views of both sunrise and sunset.

The room had twin beds instead of a single queen or king size bed.

Fabulous location near to all shops, restaurants and bars. Stonesthrow from beach. Great outdoor pool and food top class, will definately be back!

Spa area was quite chilly. Indoor pool not very warm.
