The grounds are lovely. So much natural shade from trees and well kept lawns. The pools are many and very nice. The hotel is set back from a very touristy area but near enough so you can shop or go to the local beach in less than 5 mins.the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is tonnes to do for kids but it never felt "overwhelming". A great family vibe. The rooms are clean and spacious. Large balconies many with great views. The food was excellent overall. Great choices and many healthy options too.

The hotel could use a little refresh. Towels and beds starting to look a bit old and maybe just a refresh of general things. Our Aircon worked but even at its most powerful it was just about enough. Again towels in rooms could do with an update. The coffee wasn't great. I think it's a big thing for most people and they could invest in an Nespresso machine at least for the breakfasts and dinners.

the pools are great for adults and kids- our son loved the slides and being able to walk safely into the pools which gradually got deeper. kids play area is great and lots of other activities including volley ball, tennis court, darts, mini golf (although we didn't use these facilities) We stayed in an apartment which had a large balcony, huge bathroom and living area, one large bedroom and the sofa bed (which our 3 year old was very happy with). Lots of storage in the apartment and cleaned everyday. we were at the back of the hotel 2302 so it was very quiet in the evening. short walk to shops, restaurants and 5 minutes to the beach. if you have a car there is a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. Kids disco starts at 8.15pm. Bar drinks and snack bar is reasonably priced. 4 euros for a pint of beer. The evening entertainment was ok- I'm guessing due to the season is coming to a close.

No vegan options at breakfast. You can ask for Soya milk (but it's not in the buffet) There wasn't any dairy free butter or yoghurt. The hot buffet only offered beans - it would be great if they could provide cooked mushrooms or tomatoes, veggie sausages. No access to free water (apart from the reception- which you are not allowed to use to fill your bottle) I think it's important for hotels to do their bit for the environment - water stations around the hotel would make a huge difference to the necessity of plastic water bottles. The area isn't great for finding vegan or just healthy food options and the beach is very crowded.

Spa is very good. Peaceful and well equipped. hotel is clean and bright.

The food is good but completely let down by not having ANY hot plates at any time! All plates stone cold so your food is nearly always cold by the time you are back at your table. If your room is on the side above reception, expect to be woken up in the early hours by the beep beep beep of a reversing bus or lorry! Watch out if you need to move a table to have a larger group sit together in the restaurant! Well over the top jobs worth reaction from restaurant manager. Bike garage feels vulnerable as no security cameras and its across the road, not in the actual hotel.

We had a junior suite on the 5th floor,the view was amazing! However,the only downside is the rooftop bar on the 6st floor, you can hear chairs moving into late night,so a bit disturbed sleep. The balcony spacious. Very,very clean. Really good looking hotel as well. The beach is 3-5min away, which is great,but we found the beach to be too crowded. Food is fresh and good quality. We requested a late checkout and for additional 6h it only costed us €30 so that definitely gives an extra point. Made our day.

The dinner is the most chaotic in this place,not enough seating for outside,people are queuing for quite a while. The way the food is placed is also bizarre and creates long queues, really not the best layout. Also not enough seating inside. Dinner hours from 18:30-21:00 - clearly very short for the amount of people. Drinks not included, two bottles of water costed us €5,20. This means waiters have to attend each table and have no time to clear the tables for new people wanting a table. Not the most pleasant experience,even if you come for dinner after 20:00 Based on this,we would most likely not return.

It’s definitely a great choice if you’re around Can Picafort. The hotel has an excellent breakfast, amazing pools and the staff is very friendly. The location is another plus, very close to the beach and a cute street right in front the hotel with many bars, restaurants and souvenirs stores.

Our room was quite hot, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling it properly. The big head shower needed to be changed because it barely poured water and it was hot as hell.

My 7 year old son had a blast. So many fun activities including mini disco, kids club, soccer, mini golf, etc etc. We liked the breakfast and dinner buffet. Dinner menu changed every day and had so much variety. The Flamengo show was the highlight of our night. All the staff including Kris and Noemi was so friendly and kind. The room was immaculately cleaned every day. My husband and I enjoyed spa while my son was enjoying kids club. We were all happy!

Apartment rooms were roomy and well equipped. Swimming pools and grounds were clean and well looked after. Despite a lot of people staying in the hotel the pools were never at all crowded and we never had a problem finding a sun lounger as there were plenty of them. Staff were super helpful and cheerful. We didn't eat at the main restaurant so I cant comment on that but there are plenty of decent supermarkets close by and if you have an apartment then the kitchen has everything you need.

I would have like to have tried the gym and spa but i went with my 13 year old daughter who is really into wellness (she's a member of a health club in the UK) and who was disappointed to find out that under 16s are not allowed to use those facilities. I realise some kids can be a handful and so understand the over 16s rule but I do think that allowing teenagers accompanied by a parent ought to be considered. We bought a burger from the poolside bar and it was woeful. It was like eating a burger that had been made by someone who had only ever seen photos rather than eaten one before. My guess is that it was made from pork? Certainly the disk of mystery meat was deep fried and very compact and tough. Definitely avoid. Their ice creams puddings were very good though.

Great hotel for location, facilities and cleanliness. Food in these all inclusive hotels is never a great standard but it gives lots of choices, food is always lukewarm for my liking as I like hot plates and hot meals.the cold food was ok. I booked just an overnight stay to use the indoor pool and for the evening entertainment as I have a home on the island and wanted warm pool for my granddaughters stay in February half term as sea and pool too cold. Unfortunately the pool dyed her costume yellow and my silver Thomas Sabo ring black! I reported this to the manager who claimed the pool chlorine levels were fine… but this has never happened to my ring before! He was unsympathetic and I felt he was just thinking I was wanting a discount or something…unfortunately because of his attitude I probably wouldn’t use the hotel again. All the other staff were lovely.

Has a lot of facilities and things to do in the hotel area, if you wanted to you could stay here and not leave the area for the whole stay. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and has a good selection for people with food restrictions (I can't eat dairy and wheat, they had good alternatives for both). The room was comfortable and clean, kept nicely clean by daily housekeeping. The beach, stores and bus stop are pretty close to the hotel. Very nice entertainment in the evenings, had a great time at musical quiz night. Appreciated that there was an area where you could pick up books to read and also add any of your own books if you don't want to take them with you. Nice SPA option and pools. TV in the room has good choices for channel. Beautiful rooftop terrace with bar with a lovely view.

The jacuzzi at the SPA feels a bit dirty, the water is very chlorinated, but feels grimy. We had a room with a double bed, but the double bed was just 2 beds pushed together. These beds move very easily even when just getting in and out of bed, so if you end up near the middle of the bed it slides apart. The room does not have good air ventilation, which means we had the balcony door open all the time while we were in. This was an inconvenience because in the mornings there is a lot of noise before 8:00 o'clock.

Friendly personnel, clean and nice hotel, easy to find, great parking, spectacular rooftop terrace and bar, nice view over the mountains and sea, having electric kettle in the room at no additional charge. Clean and green surroundings, great pool that unfortunately we did not have time to use. Same with spa… good wifi, beach towels, short walk to a beach, and mostly great breakfast! We had room facing the parking, but with beautiful mountains views. Room had nice balcony and was very quiet. No rompompom from the pool or restaurant. Perfect!

Hotel was great, but Can Picafort on general (except for the beach) I did not like much, so we stayed there only to sleep.
