The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were genuinely friendly, and seemed to appreciate us trying out our Spanish. Antonio was especially lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. This was despite it being the end of a very busy season. Our room was at the top, with the large terrace, wow! What a great space and the view was to die for, with large tankers and yachts mooring up, with their lights twinkling in the night. (The floor below had much smaller balconies). Our room was just right, with the bonus of tea making facilities and the wonderful and unexpected bottle of Cava upon our arrival. A wonderful surprise and something larger chains could take note of! They really do know how to make their guests feel special here. I will return. If not to stay, then I will most definitely visit the beach for the day and stop by the wonderful restaurant and to see the staff. Make sure you're hungry if you order the steak!! The continental breakfast (included with the room) was delicious and very filling, Tostada, cheese, ham, cake, coffee, fresh orange juice, jams... topped off with a view from the terrace of the beach and palm trees, with a huge dose of relaxing vibes

This is noted on Google Maps as a 2 star hotel. When you look past the tired decoration in places (especially our room) and a filtration plant in the distance, there is NOTHING we could fault about this hotel. We've stayed in 4 star hotels in Spain (and the UK) that doesn't compare to this.

The staff and owners are lovely, very kind and helpful, can’t do enough for you. Rooms very clean and kept like that every day by cleaners. despite not speaking much English, we communicated well. although, as in Spain, I don’t expect people to speak my language. was not an issue as had translator app.

Only little thing was the balcony seats, they are little plastic cubes with no backs so not comfortable to sit outside on balcony. shame as such a beautiful view.

Parking was not included in the final stay price. On the time I've choose this hotel i have selected checkbox for parking and this hotel was sorted on the list. This situation causes a misunderstanding that's not acceptable.

You couldn't wish for a better location, right on the beach. The breakfast was excellent and so much of it, in fact all the food was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I don't think we have been anywhere as clean, every part of the hotel was pristine. The staff could not do enough for you, and were so happy in what they were doing in making your stay perfect.

The only thing I would change is the seating on the terrace. You had a lovely terrace overlooking the beach, but funny little cubes to sit on, so you couldn't really sit for long and read a book or people watch.

Not an issue, but I stayed early season (May) so there wasn’t much going on. But I did find a friendly and tasty tapas restaurant in town!

Location is perfect. The beach is on a five meter walking distance. The staff is very helpful, although they hardly speak any English. Together with our very limited Spanish, this made us feel a bit helpless. Then again, we were in Spain, so that should be no minus. Talking with hands and feet and with a healthy dose of humour, we managed to get everything we needed. Breakfast was up to standard so our holiday was a success.

stayed here for one night whilst touring Spain by Motorcycle, spacious, comfortable well equipped room with aircon and a sea view, staff are friendly, I had dinner there also which was decent quality. street parking out front and they have a garage which I didn’t bother using.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a larger balcony which was lovely. The owners were very friendly and the staff very helpful. The hotel is in a great position with great sea views.

The bar area was shut for food and drinks and the in-house bar was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Because of bad weather we could not use the balcony and there was no seating area down stairs to sit and relax in.

It's a great starting point to explore Cabo de Gata. The staff was very helpful, the room is la rge and facing the sea. Markets near by. The restaurant has good standard in the region. Free parking.

Location. 3 steps on the beach. Breakfast was plentiful, food very nice. Rooms were comfortable with beautiful view's. Able to park close to hotel. Staff very courteous and friendly. In a location where not on top of other bars/restaurants but easily within walking distance if different esting/drinking places required.

Nothing I didn't like but it would be nice to have facilities to make hot drinks in room, especially in morning when just getting up.
