The room was clean and had basic stuff like a small fridge, medium safe (a school backpack fits), good quality showering gel and good shampoo. The shower (and the bathroom overall) was clean and everything functioning like expected. The room had no odd smell and the walls didn't seem to be that thin. Temperature was fine 22-24C (the AC wasn't used that much). The staff (reception) were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.

The shower vertical head could be cleaned a bit more often since some of the shower head's holes were not pouring properly. There were no slippers included, no coffee machine, no cutlery of any sorts, no cups. Just 2 glasses in the bathroom. Although the walls didn't seem that thin, when someone slammed a room door, one can consider that as noisy. The staff (reception) could barely speak any English. The cleaning personnel was pretty noisy in the morning while cleaning other rooms.

I came with soccer team and didnt think it would be a very nice hotel but it def exceeded my expectations with the price! Great location with walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants and shopping area. Has its own car park for guests, and there’s a supermarket opposite to the hotel. Staffs were well trained and helpful and friendly. Services were efficient and room cleaning services were efficient too. The room was overall clean especially the sheets.

It would be great to have a kettle in the room to make tea.

The location of this property is very good: Mercadona literally opposite the main entrance, good restaurants nearby and within close proximity to the Center and the train station. The pool area was very good (no drinks service or anything) but quiet and lovely. Good restaurant, bar and the lobby where you can meet with colleagues or friends. Good coffee. Very attentive and courteous staff - it was a real pleasure to be looked after them.

The pool is fairly small but I was glad there was a pool! :-)

Large, clean and nicely furnished room; comfortable, super-king sized bed; very large shower cubicle with both a fixed overhead shower and a removable shower head; clean and tidy public areas; comfortable atrium lounge with bar; large choice of breakfast items (baked goods, charcuterie, cheeses, fruit, cereals, cooked eggs, etc); friendly, helpful and efficient staff; secure underground parking. There is a pleasant restaurant area but we did not eat dinner there.

As other reviewers have mentioned, access to the underground parking is very narrow. It is easy enough going down the steep ramp, even large cars can manage it with a little care (enough head height for a people carrier). The issue is exiting. The turning from the car park on to the ramp is sharp and vehicles need to be able to reverse into, what is currently, a parking space at the foot of the ramp before being able to drive straight up towards the exit. For this reason, the hotel management should mark this space a no-parking zone.

The hotel was spotless and the bed so comfy, Maria and Yolanda were amazing on reception, helping us with finding transport to Valencia that was available early in the morning and cheap, we asked for a kettle for the room and extra pillows, nothing was too much for them

Overall the breakfast good as there was lots to choose from and fresh, however it the hot food wasn't hot the way we like it and we would have liked the pool to be open

Staff were really friendly. I've asked them to press our party garments and they were done in an hour.. the selection of breakfast was great I loved all the fruit that were available. The best of all it was the way they dealt with the issue when it was reported. It was quick and responsive.

The location was very central. The room was very good size, with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and shower. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and courtyard. Easy to connect Wi-Fi and good Internet. We enjoyed our stay, would go back next year, and would recommend to family and friends.

Good location for discovering the city center, near many restaurants and close to the city hall; walking distance to the bus station for the airport (aprox 20min) and for the bus to the harbour/beaches; Nice staff, we were allowed to check in earlier than the official schedule and received 2 bottles of water as a gift from the hotel

Good breakfast, with quality local products and orange fresh juice, but not very varied (and no options for fresh vegetables - only some tomato slices). We found dust on the furniture

The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. A very nice female member of staff on reception could speak very good English so could help with any questions. City centre a few minutes walk away with many shops and restaurants. Good safe car parking easily accessible, a good easily walkable city.
