We could hear the entertainers' music from our room in the evenings which was a little loud but other than that, we loved the room as kids could see the slides from our terrace and it was a short walk to the kids pool area.

We didn't like that there was no kettle in our room as we had asked for one to be able to make our baby's bottles with. This should have just been offered to us. Similarly, we found it very strange that the coffee machine in the canteen which provides boiling water is only available at breakfast as this could have been very helpful to us parents plus many people would want coffee after their lunch and dinner. Kids pool opens at 11am which is a little late, 10am would be better in our opinion.

Staff was super nice even in a hurry. Rooms were clean and air condition worked good. View from the room was very pretty. There was activities in a pool and bar, which was good! Food was great and the selection was huge, however the meat was sometimes abit raw. All inclusive covered wines for the room and all the cocktails, even the rare ones.

According the pictures and how they sold themselves included infinity pool with some snacks and wine. It was however 15e a person to enter and after we paid, there was no staff, no skybar and the pool was closed. We got the money back, but still would have been nice if it was open. I also thought spa would have been included, but entering the spa was also separate cost than infinity pool and that would have been too expensive. Staff didnt really know how to explain the difference between infinitypool and spa expensises. Eating outside was not open, which was quite disapointing and the noise in the dining area was quite loud. Recommended for the families with kids, but maybe not couples or friends since there was kids noices everywhere and everything closes pretty early.

The pool and facilities for the kids were awesome. The mini-club for the kids and the animation like the aqua gym were definitely really good. We were upgraded to a bigger room at the check-in and they were kind enough to move also other family members, who booked their room independently, close to us, so our rooms could be one next to each other. I would like to thank the hotel staff because they left a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge the day of my birthday as a surprise. Very nice!!!! Thanks!!!!

At the buffet restaurant there were always many people in line to access the food, specially at lunch time. The size of the area were the food is displayed should have been bigger considering the size of the hotel and the amount of guests on it.

Amazing experience for our family. We travel with a 8 year old and we absolutely loved everything! We can't wait to come back next summer! We've chosen all included and it was totally worth it. The pools were amazing, incredible hot water (pools and beach!!). Great food, lots of variety and everything freshly baked. We loved the animations for both kids and adults and ALL the staff was amazing (from cleaning staff, bartenders, reception, kids entertainers and pool animation) all incredible really nice, polite and professional. The greatest holidays ever!! Thanks! (Sugestion: karaoke one of the evenings would be really cool xD )

Good mix of swimming pools. Room was good size for what was needed. Friendly staff Clean room everyday, fresh water included. All inclusive, bar snacks etc, always prompt. Hotel kept well, lots of areas to sunbathe - relax. In both sunshine and shade.

Spa unavailable for kids other than 4pm. This also then involved booking and paying per 1 hour session and purchasing a cap. This should be included for maybe all inclusive? or especially those with the superior spa room in the block where the spa is. Disappointing, we then didn't use it. Food was a bit repetitive, disappointing puddings. Always the same thing. Was made to feel that we couldn't have too much of the meet in the Wok, the man cooking - informed us that we could don't have too much - however it was all inclusive and we was taking a portion to share. Other than that, overall there isn't much we could really complain about.

I was impressed by the pool's water quality, which was maintained by a dedicated professional responsible for monitoring the physical and chemical properties to ensure top-notch standards. The beachfront location added to the experience, and the spacious restaurant offered a delightful variety of dishes.

The fruit selection, particularly the apples, was at times subpar. There was also ambiguity concerning whether drinks were included in the full board package. Furthermore, there appeared to be a lack of available activities. The rooms are very basic with strict minimum equipments.

Generally clean and well maintained. Enough space in the rooms (including for storage) and usable balcony/terrace. Nice pools, beach close-by and sea/ocean water unexpectedly warm for June.

Restaurant food was a big disappointment, luckily we only booked breakfast. Too many people at the same time, poor choice of food and bellow average quality. Unfortunately there are not many options around as the area is still under development, with lots of construction sites. Almost no sound-proofing in the rooms so don’t expect a very quiet time.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The size of the room was great and the furniture of very high quality. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and again - high quality. The whole area, including our room and surrounding facilities, was super clean. The food was the best we've ever experienced in any hotel with lots of healthy vegan options. Staff was very helpful and we were allowed to have a sort of a late check out with no extra charge, which was very kind. Thanks, our stay was just awesome!

Lovely, clean and spaciousl hotel. Great service in the restaurants. All inclusive food was good. Lots to choose from. There are lots of sun loungers and comfy chairs in the outdoor lounge areas. Evening entertainment was also good. It was ideally located beside the beach. We were out of season (end October) and it was so peaceful in the hotel and on the beach. Liked that we could hire bikes from the hotel. Had a lovely day cycling to chipiona.
