A genuinely warm welcome at this beautiful rustic hotel. Sympathetic renovation of a Historic house, preserving the spirit of previous generations. Our room was super comfy with period furniture but modern facilities. Buffet breakfast served in medieval - decor hall with glass floor showing original foundations. A spread fit for a king with everything one could wish for. Location at top of old town. Steep and narrow streets for access may not be for everyone and only a few parking spaces in the street. Modern city centre a short walk away and accessed via staircases two streets down. Wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

Pillowcases only covered half of the pillow - not nice if one's face ends up on the uncovered (smelly) pillow. Either smaller pillows or longer pillowcases, please. A suggestion: would have liked access to the push button tea/coffee machine in the breakfast room on arrival on a hot afternoon or the option of some water.

I was met by Sergio and Miguel who immediately noticed I was very warm from negotiating the small streets by motorbike. They gave me a complimentary bottle of water straightaway. Both couldn't do enough to help throughout my stay. The hotel is super, full of history, set in the narrow, but safe, streets of the old quarter but just a short stroll to the beautiful town centre. I can't recommend this hotel and Sergio and Miguel enough. Simply top class.. Stay here.

Nothing to dislike, gets a ten out of ten from me.

From the moment I pulled up, our host couldn't be more accommodating, opening up the garage opposite for my motorbike, going through the amenities, recommending local restaurants making me feel at home. The room was spacious and well equipped with much welcomed air conditioning. Continental breakfast was the usual selection but topped off with homemade tortilla and pastry. Just wished I could have stayed longer.

We arrived to a warm, friendly welcome, and we're shown to secure parking opposite, for our 2 motorcycles. The hotel was lovely, situated in the quiet, old part of town, with a very interesting history. Our room, was aptly furnished in keeping with it's history. The breakfast room was lovely, as was the breakfast. The host and Miguel went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable.

Sergio and Miguel. Fantastic hosts. Very friendly and informative. Waiting outside the hotel when we arrived to open the secure parking for us. Providing a welcome cold drink as soon as we had parked the bikes. Bueatiful hotel rich in history. Room was stylish, clean with a great shower. Breakfast was filling and plentiful. Would highly recommend. We were provided with ideas for places to visit on our onward journey. Will have fond memories of our stay for many years to come.

Stayed here for one night on a motorcycle tour. As soon as we pulled up outside the hotel with another biker from Germany, the owner Sergio came out and helped us lock the bikes up in his secure parking area. Our room was very spacious and well furnished. Sergio doesn't speak a lot of English but he comes across as a really genuine friendly person. Sergio's employee Miguel spoke really good English and showed us around the town which was very helpful.

A traditional Spanish hotel that has been in the same family for 8 generation tastefully renovated. Great service while we were at the hotel. This is a small family run hotel who take the time to talk with you and can't do enough for you. It is a little walk down the hill to the bars and restaurants of which there are many. An amazing stop if you are in the area

Parking is on street although we managed to get a spot less then 50 meters from the hotel. If you don't like walking up hills, the route back from town can be challenging

Great host who gave us a lot of information what to see. Peaceful and friendly town too. It is a perfectly renovated old house. Comfy beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was in a nice room too and plentiful and tasty.

Hallway is abit noisy when you have loud spanish neighbors coming back late.

Warm welcome by the owner who gave us secure garaged accommodation for our motorcycle. The house was fantastic, steeped in history. Breakfast was very good and excellent value. Location within easy walking to city centre and facilities. Great location tucked away in old area of city. Highly recommended.
