great room, great location, friendly staff that spoke English and very handy restaurant downstairs that's open late. Aircon was good and bed was comfy. Hot tip the breakfast is 1 floor up from the public restaurant which wasn't made clear to me, however they didn't charge me for the food I ate that I was thought was part of the buffet. The breakfast buffet was good value for money.

Breakfast in the downstairs cafe was excellent. Car parking a little awkward but ok due to road works in the street outside. Not the hotel's fault. car park itself is good. We have booked to stay again on return journey. Excellent English spoken.

Location is wonderful

Air con turned off so was a little cold, tap in bathroom for hot water was very slow and big problem with keycard, but because of our proyer were given a free breakfast which was very kind and very tasty.

Great breakfast and perfect location near the old town Square. It's the second time that we have used this hotel and we will use it again too. Being a dog-friendly hotel is definitely a bonus, as we travelled with our little dog.

Everything was perfect. The buffet breakfast was superb. The hotel is only minutes away from our favourite square and all of the attractions. We will definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Very good central location. Very good breakfast options including buffet . Cafe bar. Panoramic rooftop seating area. Room clean and comfortable. Underground parking nearby.

Room was sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was adequate. slightly disappointing that the restaurant and outside bar were not open

Very comfortable room and beds. Excellent bathroom. Very good breakfast. Lovely location - we were fortunate to be on the seventh floor with tremendous view of the river and hills beyond.

Because the location is in a residential area, there was a little late night noise from the cafes and bars in the area below. However, in a different room, we would not have had the views!
