It is Spain, so for breakfast you buy some food at the bar next to the reception. That food was good (limited choice), and the prices were most fair. The reception next to the bar is open 24/7 and you can ask the staff for a drink any time, very nice! The staff is very friendly and speaks english very well, also a pro. There is a most safe parking place under the hotel, very handy if you are loaded with holiday stuff. The room was very clean, as was the well-equipped bathroom. it was very quiet there, virtually no traffic passes, which guarantees a good night sleep,

The location is a bit at the end of the world, and away from the center, so do not expect to find restaurants or bars in the evening at walking distance. Then you need your car and go to the center. The hotel is certainly pet-friendly but the village is not. I think they hate dogs. It is very, very difficult to find a square meter of green to let your dog do his thing. And if you find some green, the soil is covered with plastic foil (!) to keep away dogs. The garage of the hotel is a nice extra but the entrance/exit is narrow and steep so with a big car is is a real challenge to exit. I miss the Spanish below-100E hotels, but this hotel was worth the money.

They had availability (we were struggling to get Camino del Norte proximate accom). Also, handy for the train. Comfy. And the terrace was a good spot to watch the world go by of an evening.

the staff were very nice apert from a english receptionist who was very rude when i was asking about to open the garage door to get my scooter after i had paid for parking as if i was trying to get parking without paying and no apology when she checked and saw i paid .because of this i will not stay at this hotel again as i have been twice before

the place is very convenient if you have an early flight from Bilbao airport. the staff are very helpful and nice.

We stayed there only one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have been offered free parking. Clean room and restaurant/ bar in the hotel.
