There was nothing that you could not like about this hotel. The room was large, comfortable bed and had fantastic facilities/bathroom. The restaurant was really old and had lovely features. The food was excellent and the wine that we chose was gorgeous. The hotel also had secure parking at a cost but great for us as we had a loaded car. Unfortunately we were only there for the evening but we did manage a small walk around the local square. The town looks amazing with all the Salvador Dali locations.

We could not find out how to turn off the heating during the night.

Nice little room, entirely renovated and up to modern standards. The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to be within a reasonable walking distance of the Museu Dali and basic commodities. The restaurant is an eyesight and has a touch of Catalan grandesa with a few twists. The house red was excellent much to the satisfaction (and perhaps surprise) of the waiter.

We asked for a quiet room but got one on the first floor. It was too late and I was too lazy to ask for another room so I shouldn't complain. But we did ask in advance...

the room as always was spotlessly clean, for the first time there was water in the room which is a great addition, I hope that is a new policy. The spacious bed was super comfy and our stay as always was a good one. The new receptionist was really nice and friendly always a good start.

Excellent location in the centre of town, very close to the Dalí museum, and the Rambla

Nothing. But I should have parked my car in their garage, as it would have been cheaper than using the parking garage in town. Because it is a little van, the receptionist thought it would not fit (too high), but it would have been ok, as it fitted in the town garage which is the same height (2 meters)

I was welcomed very warmly and stayed on the top floor beautiful room. Dinner I had at the hotel was extraordinarily outstanding with good services. Break was also very well prepared, so I enjoyed a lot. I will definitely visit again.

Nothing special. One minor thing is about more detailed parking information required on the website, which will help those who bring their cars.

The hotel is located in the city center, approx 5 min walk from the Dali theatre-museum. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows.

The hairdryer is old and awkward. Nothing in the minibar, not even water. My biggest concern: Someone from personnel opened my door and entered the room when I was inside, even though I locked the door. She apologized but I felt uncomfortable. No room service.

Lovely hotel, friendly and accomodating set in the beautiful small city of Figueres. Very central and yet quiet and slightly away from the Dali masses. great shops nearby. great hotel restaurant. Arrived early but room was ready, check out at midday, good.

Nothing.oom could have been larger but we would have had to pay more. Value was unbelieveable.

We went to Figueres to see the Dali museum and this hotel was a great bonus. The past owners were friends of Dali so there were photos of Dali at the restaurant and at local parties. They had a helpful reception staff who recommended reservations for their restaurant. The restaurant was delightful with old school formal waiters and delicious food. The location is right off a lovely outdoor plaza and a quick walk to the museum and to the train station.

Excellent location, staff and facilities. Our train journey ended at Portbou due to a forest fire in the area and Figueres was the nearest place to stay overnight. Duran hotel accommodated us at short notice; room was beautiful, very comfortable and excellent value. As we left early the next morning, we didn’t have time for breakfast.

the location is excellent. 6 min walk to Dali museum, 2 min walk to La Rambla (town square), many close food restaurants, grocery store near by, bank machines and shopping all within a few min walk. hospital is a 7 min walk through a park. Laundromat 10 min walk.

European beds are not as soft as American beds. That’s just the way it is. My bed was comfortable and pillows were good. I saw someone else complain about the hard bed. Mine was not bad. not like mine at home but I slept well.
