The mattress is not comfortable. Most of the chairs are low and therefore not suitable for the handicaped The receptionist on July 24 in the evening was unkind and gave me a room less than my reservation and very far from the elevator without taking into account my health conditions. But the next day everything was fixed by professional staff who appreciated their work

Didn't like the table service at the pool and the entertainment room as it was a long time waiting for a drink at the pool and the staff in the entertainment room were quiet rude and bossy

Location perfect, close to everything and a short stroll to Los Boliches Train to Malaga Airport. Staff lovely . Entertainment every night ,very good band and dancing. Room cleaned every day towels changed etc. Staff lovely and very helpful . Room overlooking the pool on the 4th floor.416. TV had more stations than any hotel i have been in before even our own Irish Channels. Reduced rate on the private sun beds opposite the sister hotel the Yaramar a hundred yds up the road.

Room had everything we needed ,however we did find it a bit small. The Hotel was building a big extension although it was not too noisy where we were and well advanced, we met several couples who had to move room because of noise-we were not forewarned of the construction before booking. With very few exceptions most of the guests we met were English. They put their towels on the pool beds early in the morning and did not return for hours, I didn't meet any German people there

The breakfast was really good. Everything you want is in there. The swimmipool is great there’s many sun-beds, a guess a little bit crowded on high season.

They made me paid for all the staying at the check in. Never happen in my life ! That was really uncomfortable. Plus the lady at the reception was not using my card chip so the payment was denied of couple of times. Until I said to use the chip instead. Strange she didn’t know. The shower is pretty old with black stains around and old yellow silicon.

Good Seafront position. Very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Easy and efficient check in hours before we should have. All good, highly recommended.

The junior suite was spacious and modern. The room we had had two balconies with sea views. There is a sauna in the indoor pool area that you can rent at a 5€ price.

We had to walk through the restaurant area to the indoor pool and sauna which is a bit weird route. Also, the pool area floor was super slippery when wet with the hotel sandals on so be extra careful not to slip. Other than that the indoor pool and sauna was nice and barefooted the slippery floor was not a problem. There were two different major renovations going on next to the hotel and they started early in the morning which was a bit of a downer.

Great indoor and outdoor pool with poolside bar. Beautiful sea view from the pool. Room was very comfortable and cleaned every day. Good evening entertainment. As a couple in our late 20s the age profile was much older, however this did not dampen our stay - would definitely return!

Breakfast and evening meal were very good. Reasonable choice but plates and food could be warmer. Indoor swimming pool was not busy. It is a reasonable length although not very deep. Room was clean and comfortable

The location of the room was on the colder side of the hotel and as we were on the 9th floor it was quite windy at times. I would book front or view over pool in future for more sun. I also got bitten several times by mosquitos although I didn't see them so I will bring a lemon bracelet in future.

great location close to the beach, plenty of restaurants around, nice terrace that looked out into the sea, friendly staff, spa and indoor pool were also good
