Hotel Villa de Laredo

The staff were friendly! The location is literally in front of a beautiful beach, with restaurants and shops open downstairs. There’s a 24/7 drinks bar (including non-alcoholic drinks and freshly made coffee) and a 24/7 person at the reception desk. The facility was very clean.

I loved the Fantastic location of the hotel, It's opposite the beach and although I only had a side view, I could still look at the sea. I liked the sea themed bedroom and it was nice to have a bath in bathroom. The room was cleaned everyday and toiletries stocked up constantly. I asked for a kettle at reception on arrival and it was handed to me straight away. I liked the staff and the breakfast.

Overall I was happy with everything but I think it would be fantastic if the hotel had hot food that you could eat there in the evenings. It would be nice to eat there.

We were upgraded to a sea view room on the front which was very nice.

Whilst it states the bedrooms are air conditioned it certainly didn't feel like the air conditioned temperature was working as it was very warm in the room despite the control on the lowest temperature as a result we slept with the patio door open to reduce the temperature but with the noises from the people and traffic up to 7am it meant we didn't sleep well at all.

The room was very comfortable, the bath was big, and there was a good view of the beach from the room. The beds are very comfortable and there is A/C which can be regulated. Everything was so clean and the staff has been super nice and helpful. There is a small pool with hammocks, which has really good views of the beach. They have service of beach/pool towels too. Taking into account the options available in Fuengirola, and that everything is almost fully booked, Hotel Villa de Laredo has a very competitive price and a very good relation quality/price. Will come back for sure :)

The hair dryers can be upgraded.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient. The room and the hotel was spotless and cleaned regularly. We used the pool area which is small but as it was March and not crowded, it was great for us. There is no night entertainment in the hotel but if that is what you want there is plenty nearby.

I don't really have any complaints, the breakfast was Continental style which would not be my first choice but that comes down to personal preference.

We are just home from a fabulous stay in this beautiful hotel. Even though we did not include breakfast in our stay I'm sure it would have been 100%..Every thing about this place ticked all the boxes...Friendly staff nothing a problem..we most certainly hope to visit here again 🤞 Thank you Eileen and David 🇮🇪

The location was excellent . Near to city centre and only 10 minute walk to bus/train station. Beautiful sea views from roof top pool and balcony . Room cleaned every day .

Artificial grass around pool had lots of bird droppings on it .

Room very clean, very convenient location. We just let ourselves in and out so barely any staff interaction unless needed. View from the roof pool area is great and beach is 2 min walk. Free aircom, WiFi and Hairdryer in the bathroom. Great power on shower

Pool is small and a bit murky with very old beds and no toilet nearby so don't rely on that. There is a nicer roof pool at a hotel nearby so can use that instead

The hotel was very clean rooms and beds very comfortable. Staff helpful and efficient. Our room seemed cold and we mentioned it to the staff in reception and immediately they provided us with an extra plug in radiator and offered us extra blankets too if we needed them .
