There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. I have read other reviews that didn’t like something but they must be extremely fussy or choose another hotel that meets their expectations.

Great size room in a really good location. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was amazing, and blackout curtains meant you're not woken too early by sunshine. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but once inside, it has a very rustic Spanish feel, full of plants, quite pretty. The staff were excellent, always available and very friendly, no matter what time you were getting back to the hotel, and even gave our daughter sweets. The pool area was very nice, very clean and well maintained and there was a good selection for breakfast at the restaurant.

The pool could be heated when getting to the end of the season to allow kids to still enjoy it. The bedside lamps could be a bit dimmer as well, they were the same brightness as the main lights which were very bright. At certain times of the day outside the hotel entrance, there was an unpleasant smell, like sewage, This didn't affect us in the room, but when leaving/coming back to the hotel, it wasn't always a pleasant experience. This is most likely nothing to do with the hotel, which is a shame as it means there's no way for the hotel to rectify it.

We loved the location right near the beach, the bus station, train station and restaurants. We loved the welcome from the staff and the genuine Spanish feel to the architecture and layout. We loved the fact that our sheets were changed even though we were only there a week. We liked the Aircon, fridge and safe.

As expected, the pool area was very small and not deep enough for a proper swim but great for kids or a cool dip. The hotel was clean and well kept but our floor got very dusty. We would have liked a kettle but appreciate that this isn't very Spanish.

Location of hotel is ideal for our needs, cannot fault the staff in reception in particular Mercedes and Antonio, and the restaurant staff as well, all very happy to help with any issues, and very obliging. Cannot fault the breakfast always plenty of choice and variety. Our room was very comfortable and the walk in shower was a godsend.

I don’t have any negative comments, having stayed at Las Rampas before we knew what to expect and were very happy that standards are still being met.

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel and it is the only hotel I would stay in when visiting Fuengirola. The hotel is really central, exceptionally clean with friendly staff. In a town full of high rise hotels this hotel feels like a more authentic Spanish hotel and only two stories tall. Couldn’t fault it at all and will be back again next year!

There are limited sunbeds around the pool but it isn’t an issue as most people only stay for a couple of hours and everyone can be accommodated.

Th Hotel Las Rampas is conveniently situated near the town's central shopping area, which has a wide variety of quality shops and large food outlets, and is also close to both the train and bus stations. {The train service is very efficient, costing about 4 euros direct from Malaga Airport and taking just 35 minutes.) It is also a few streets away from the lovely beach, which has lots of bars, great restaurants and cafes on offer along the sea front and in the side-streets. This hotel is ideally located for sight-seeing, shopping or just lazing on the beach and swimming in the sea. There is even a zoo within walking distance, which is well worth a visit, especially for children. Although the Hotel is situated in town, there is, surprisingly, very little traffic noise, so this is a bonus. The breakfast each day was varied, with lots of hot and cold food on offer every day, coupled with a selection of fresh fruit and desserts to choose from. There was also a nice swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers available on the roof top. All the hotel staff were pleasant and extremely informative and helpful. Overall a very good Hotel at a very good price.

The only thing missing was a bar area. I was with a group of friends and it would have been an ideal place to meet up before we went out in the evening or somewhere to have one last drink before going to bed.

We have stayed at The Las Rampas several times first time in 2008 always the staff are very friendly and very helpful this is our first time since Covid and very pleased with the upgrades now have a fridge in the room ,much improved WiFi and 5 English TV Channels No tea tray as yet but for 10 euros refundable deposit ask at reception no problem, breakfast has plenty of choice and the hotel is situated in the heart of Fueingerola but quiet and there is a pool - we will be returning soon

Nothing to dislike it suits our needs

Beautiful hotel ....deceptive from entrance as opens up into large courtyard area. Our room was lovely and all areas are exceptionally clean. Beds are comfortable and walk in shower was great! Pool area was nice too with steps into water...a plus for me! Our room was attended daily and the staff are very friendly..happy to help in any way they can. It is very central for restaurants, bars and the beach. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Fuengirola!

A few more parasols at pool would be good.

Have used this hotel on numerous occasions over the last 10 years and have always been satisfied with the service we have received. The hotel is situated minutes from the sea, close to restaurants / bars & shops. Despite this close proximity you could hear a pin drop at night, no noise from traffic or late bars. Reception staff are always happy to assist and provide much valued local knowledge in several languages (English included).

The hotel was lovely, central in the town . The staff was very helpful.. the rooms were cleaned everyday, couldn't fault the room at all. Will definitely stay again. .

The restaurant was closed. The swimming pool although on the small was well kept. . Downside, not enough umbrellas, no shade,d areas. Would have liked tea making facilities in the room , especially as the restaurant was closed. The Hotel although central was exceedingly quiet.
