No tea or coffee making equipment in the room.

Lovely hotel with a modern look. Very comfortable and clean. The staff are very polite and respectful. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Great gala restaurant at the main entrance with excellent staff and great communication even though we had very little Spanish. Great value for money. Nice pool and jacuzzi in a small setting. The bedroom is spacious and the mini fridge is included with a mini bar. Would highly recommend. The local beach is 10 mins , Walk to old town around 20 mins.

The only fault was no tea or coffee in the bedroom but you can get tea downstairs in the gala cafe at any time. .

Nice, good and quiet hotel in a good location. The check in was quick and competent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small but cozy with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is really spacious. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and there was something for everyone. But we missed fresh vegetables. There is also a car parking belonging to the hotel, which we found very good since we had a rental car. Value for money was good.

I am still awaiting a response from the hotel when I booked in to the hotel the hotel double debited my credit card when I approached they saw the error and arrange the refund when I received my refund I was short paid $65.00 AU I showed the reception and they took a photo showing the discrepancy I am still awaiting a response from them on how they are going to compensate me for the discrepancy

Great staff, easy check in, swimming pool, sauna and gym included. Slot needed to be booked. We went to the pool and you were required to wear swimming caps at a cost of €3.50 pp or bring your own. There were limited space at the jacuzzi and people stayed there for ages therefore didn’t get the chance to try it out! Other than that nothing special at the poolside. They had other activities you could pay and do. Room was good size, clean and provided items that you might have missed to bring.

Asked for a double bed and got two single beds together instead. Me and my partner had to sleep on either sides.

We got the junior suite because we wanted the private spa bath. We asked if also other room had it but did not get a reply. The hot tub and natjroom exceeded our expectation. The suite was enourmous - we did not need all that space. The staff is very kind. Loved the gym with sauna (there are 2 in the 2 changing rooms) and loved yoh did not need to book. The spa area (swimming pool and jacuzzi) also very nice. You need to book in advance. The room was very clean anx the towels very soft. Breakfast was exceptional

. The restaurant does not cater much for vegetarian (as many in Spain) and the menu of the day is only at lunch. Wifi was a bit intermittent. It would have been nice if the internal door between spa area and gym was open. In the basement, where ypu have spa and gym, there us also access to parking. Those doors are open so you get all the nasty smeels of a cat park on the way to the spa

Staff were helpful and friendly. Underground parking was included in our price but there is and open car park across the road as well. We walked to the two local beaches from the hotel. There are a couple of decent restaurants opposite the hotel.

We found it difficult to get to the hotel - but that might have just been our sat nav.

Hotel tables should be for working on PC. Coffee stuff and such should be placed elseware. Put a sign in the elevators about breakfast time, which level etc Menu card i restaurant, possibly also in english

Very nice room and hotel. Plenty of space to park under the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. The cafe was very good and we ate one night in the restaurant which was good.

Considering the amount we paid, we think the parking should be free.

Very close to the city center, around 15 mins walking and next to the train station. The room was very nice with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa (jacuzzi + swimming pool) needs to be reserved on the same day, it is very relaxing. They have very good prices as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Silken hotel.
