The location is good, less than 10 mins walk to the cathedral and bus stops are just nearby. Room is quite spacious and the inner decoration looks refreshing.

Bathroom light has the same switch with the fan, which is a bit annoying. When I called the reception and asked "can you speak English" the staff just said no then hanged up. Could have been a bit more friendly or helpful. The following day I called several times but got hanged up not sure what was wrong. There's one receptionist who speak fluent English and a lady with limited English, and the other should be the one who answered my call. Generally speaking, this hotel is quite nice and good value for money, if you don't speak Spanish and don't expect of any service either.

The location is very good. Close enough to the main attractions to be easily reached with a stroll but away from noise. The room was very clean.

The bed was comfortable but had a single inadequate bolster pillow with very small scatter cushions. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. There were vending machines for hot drinks and snacks in reception, but they only took coins so no coins, no pre-breakfast early morning coffee or late night nightcaps.

Great location, lovely personnel, very clean and nice. Rooms are big and nice and everything works. The best thing about this hotel is the value for money. Sure you can find better hotels, but with this great location to this price?

Internet is not good. For me who work online and need good internet this was a big negative. The internet works if you want to read a newspaper or similar, but working, streaming, video calls not so much. Also an easy and cheap fix for the hotel so not sure why they have not upgraded it.

Location was very central which suited us perfectly , bed is different for everyone as some like soft & some like a little bit harder. Possibly a bigger size bed as both just over 6 ft. Room was lovely , always can be bigger but for price still good. Parking was biggest issue as it cost 68 euros for a 3 night stay at a near by car park recommended by you ( hotel ) Had a lovely experience

Great, quiet location only a short stroll to the old town and Cathedral. Very clean

whoever thought it was a good idea to have a en suite bathroom with a glass ( almost see through) door. Using the bathroom during the night results in lighting up the whole bedroom !!! The breakfast menu is very limited and there are no bowls for your cereal, when I asked for one at reception they said they do not have bowls and you have to use your cup!! 🤔

The hotel is close to the city centre, but quiet and suitable for relaxing. The breakfast was traditional from the region: crunchy bread with natural tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil. Delicious!. Also, there was a selection of sweet and salty products, juices and fruit (mainly oranges and apples). The staff was very kind and approcheable always ready for assistance.

it’s not about the property but about public parking. it costs 12 euro per 24 hours (from 0:00 to 0:00), so if you park the car at 11 pm and need to pick it up at 8am next morning be ready to pay 24 euro

Great value for money, Good location, only couple of minutes to the city center, Close to the public transport (bus stations), close to the bus station for Alhambra. Very kind personnel on reception. Bathroom and room were clean, AC working without a problem.

A perfectly fine budget hotel in a great location just off the main road, so within walking distance to many places whilst also being quiet. Staff were helpful, room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked fine. What more do you possibly need?
