Decor, location and cleanliness are the three best things about this hotel. It really is superbly located, the room was both spacious and pretty and the cleaning ladies should work in a 5-star hotel.

There is excellent noise insulation from the outside but not from the inside; you hear everything that happens in the corridor, and you hear your neighbours. The cleaning ladies deserve a pay rise, but it must be noted that they speak better English than some people at the reception. We wanted to order a taxi to the bus station an evening before the departure because we had to leave very early and that proved to be impossible. In the end, we nearly missed our bus. There is an elevator, but I promise it would lose a race with a snail. Perhaps this is meant to force you to use stairs and walk off some of the delicious tapas. ;)

The location was excellent. Located to many great sites and restaurants. The room and hotel itself was beautiful and beautifully attired. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The management listened to our concerns and allowed us to shorten our stay for which we are immensely grateful.

The walls are very thin, so we had a hard time relaxing. We could hear everything in both rooms and assumed the same could be said for us. This disturbed our sleep and hampered our own activities. Traffic/crowd noise from the street was also noticeable. There are bright lights in the room that shine all night long and are difficult to cover up or mitigate. So we had a pretty difficult time sleeping, but it might be less of an issue for someone less sensitive to noise and light pollution.

Excellent property. Very close to the train station and to the city centre (10 min walk). The room wasn't very big, but is more than enough for 2 people, and also very clean and well equipped. The staff was polite and friendly, we didn't interact with them so much, only for check in/out and in the mornings, to get our tickets for the breakfast. The towels and water bottles in the room were changed every day, which is a big plus. Breakfast was indeed served at a caffe, 2 min away from the property. It consisted of coffee, fruit juice and a big toast of choice. Even if it's not very much variety, the food is very good and enough to keep you fed for a long tome. Also the staff at this bistro is really nice, friendly and efficient. Overall 10/10, I highly recommend this property!

Location was exceptional! About 5min walk from the train-station and from the city center. Have an amazing coffee shop just 30sec away from the door and a Churreria about a min away. Decor of the rooms was amazing. Really beautifully furnished and cozy. Very comfortable and with a smart TV.

I loved everything except that the walls are paper-thin and the first night we had an interesting experience with a very noisy neighbors the next room consummating their relationship :🫣🤣

The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge. We had three patio doors which all opened out onto a lovely quiet street with small balconies. The location was perfect, just enough to be quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the main square. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay again next time in Granada.

Although there were tea and coffee making facilities, there was no milk or creamer so black only. We booked breakfast but the hotel did not have their own facilities and had to use a cafe around the corner, although very adequate but unexpected.

Didnt have breakfast so cant comment, Location is perfect and we walked to most of the tourist attractions except of course the Alhambra to which we took a very cheap taxi ride and most of the recommendations for restaurants were correct in their information so we had a fantastic time in Granada and also check in is done at the hotel Girasoles directly opposite the Las Mosiacos

If you like coffee or tea in the morning buy some in the local supermarket because the supplies in the room were fairly sparse and while it was not too noisy in the room sometimes you can hear EVERYTHING in the adjoining rooms so they still need some form of soundproofing pronto

The Hotel is located in the centre near with very beautiful hospital and monastery. Only from 10-15 minutes walking from the most attractive attractions of Granada. The hotel is new with Bali-stylish room. The room was new and clear with a high ceiling and comfortable bed. Despite the fact, that the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant for breakfast and has an agreement with a cafe nearside, the breakfast was perfect. I highly recommend taking it.

The hotel doesn't have reception and check-in and check-out were in the building opposite. The manager hasn't spoken in English. Because it's a 3-star hotel, there is no iron in the room. At the reception they gave us an old and broken iron)

The oriental style of the room is so beautiful. The room size is quite spacious. I liked the bathroom style as well. It was clean. The location is also great not so far from many districts you might need to visit. They supply you every day with two small bottles of water.

Some facilities are missing. Like a locker and ironer, I ran out of toilet paper and they didn't supply my room with one after cleaning it. I had to go to reception to ask them for one! They don't seem to change the sheets when doing my room on the second day of my stay. But it was ok. The sound isolation is not the best. You can even hear if someone is coughing in the next-door room!

Hand soap dispenser should be placed above the sink not in between sink and toilet as every time you use the pump the soap always drips on the floor. there is a phone in the room (I gues to be able to call reception) but is not logged in and no instructions on how to use it.

The hotel is a beautifully refurbished old building in de city center of Granada. The decoration, lay-out and set-up of the hotel is done with love and feeling for detail. The pictures in the website and Booking represent the hotel perfectly. A modern bathroom and a well decorated stylish room. Walking distance from the major highlights of the city. Will be back whenever in Granada.

Well, the staff at the reception (of Hotel los Girasoles, same management as Los Mosaicos) could use some training in hospitality. 2 recommendations: (1) the rooms are not too big, so it is a bit of a jigsaw fitting 2 persons an 4 suitcases in the room... and then opening the suitcases. ;-) (2) By car the hotel is not easy to find. Do not trust your navigational system as it makes you drive around in circles, never reaching the hotel itself... Look for the Hotel Los Girasoles (opposite the Casa de los Mosaicos and under the same management). Los Girasoles has also a big sign on the main street, so easier to find.
