Everything was amazing! The apartment is super spacious and has a big living, 2 ensuite rooms with modern design. It is very clean and has good air conditioning! The kitchen is also massive with pretty much everything you need! The check-in instruction was sent days before arrival and it was very clear and easy to follow! The apartment is located in the centre of city with supermarkets, shops and attractions nearby. Absolutely love the stay and defo recommend to those who visit Granada!

PERFECT LOCATION TO EXPLORE GRANADA! this place is amazing. You are in the best place in town, close to the open market (I bought nice shrimps there to cook) and the best coffee places, restaurants - on foot. I went to Alhambra on foot and only used a taxi to go/come from the Airport. Great value for money. The apartment is super comfortable, checkin and checkout hassle free. The place is very comfortable, smells amazing and is crystal clean. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple food/pasta. A great stay that I highly recommend!!!

a little note on the bed - if you are a couple the beds are actually twin beds connected. You kinda fall in the middle if you are used to sleeping together in one queen or king bed. But really comfortable, with highly quality bedding/sheets and pillows.

The location is in the center of Granada (historic old town), close to Plaza Nueva and Albaicin. The room is clean and spacious. There is a public parking nearby.

If you bring a car, the location is a bit difficult to reach, because of road closure enforced by Granada local authority. I faced difficulty to reach the property and contacted the customer service (I forgot asking his name) but the response was really bad. Without understanding my situation and knowing where I was at that time, he easily told me to park my car and walk or take a taxi or a bus. After struggling finding a parking lot, I parked my car, left the luggage inside the car and walked to the hotel (around 700m from the parking). Luckily, I met Andrea who was in charge in the reception. She's very friendly and helpful. She explained the route we should go with the car to reach the nearby public parking (100m from the hotel) and avoid the road closure.

The apartment was beautiful, & exceeded expectations. The decoration was perfect, & the apartment was well laid out. It was spotlessly clean, & the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to see (so central). The walk from the station was short & the instructions to access the property are clear (although make sure you have your phone charged as it's all virtual access through your phone initially). We have already talked about a return trip, & will be booking the same property as we loved it so much!

The location was so lovely, & we were in the corner flat with gorgeous Juliette balconies, however the square below was quite noisy at night. It was a main thoroughfare for people returning from dinner in the ajoining square, the rubbish truck tended to empty the bins on the street after midnight & on one of the nights there was a gathering of teenagers playing guitar (badly!) & singing at 1am. Obviously no connection to the property itself, but you may need to bring ear plugs if you're a lighter sleeper. It may also not be a problem for the apartments away from the street side.

Our family recently stayed in this property, and I was thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The property itself was modern and well-maintained. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a modern bathroom. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge. One unique aspect of this hotel was the self-service check-in process. While some people might find this impersonal, I found it to be incredibly convenient. The process was quick and efficient, and I was able to get to my room within minutes of arriving.

The property is in the heart of downtown, a few blocks from the cathedral. We visited during Easter week, and a few processions came by the hotel; it wasn't a problem for us but could be an issue for travelers that was a super quiet location.

The online check-in process is great if you are traveling a lot and don't want to be tied to a schedule. Of the apartments we have stayed in so far, this has been the best without a doubt! Both Sandra and Andrea were great to deal with and were helpful when we asked for more towels or coffee (they provide coffee, cookies and water on the house). The location couldn't be better and the instructions sent by BIBO Suites are great. We will definitely come back.

Nothing, maybe some noise at night, but normal for the city center.

Fantastic apartment.! Beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and very well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect and very close to all the shops, public market and the beautiful Granada Cathedral. The support staff at Bibo Apartments were very helpful and were very attentive when we were checking into the apartment. We wish all apartments we stay in the future will be as well-equipped as Bibo apartments, St. Augustine, Granada.

We had some difficulty with the consistency with the wifi, but it was quickly rectified and was ok, for most of our stay. The concierge team, in particular Mari carmen, were very attentive throughout our stay.

Perfect location with easy access to interesting places to visit. Even though you are in a lively area, the accomodation is quiet and comfortable. Just what you want after a day walking around. The staff was efficient with excellent customer care. They answered the phone immediately when we had any query. Booking was easy, with prompt email replies to acknowledge changes (arrival time due to flight change, an extra guest joining us).

Very good location just in the city center. The staf was not all the time at the reception, however the communication is excelent. They gave us all the information in order to arrive at the property without having any issues with the streets (there are some restrictions as for the time you can drive inside the city center where the appartment is located). However, they explained how we should arrive without issues. The covered parking San Agustin is just opposite the building. Although the parking is a bit pricey (at the time €27 / day), they have a special aggreement and they helped with giving us a voucher in order to pay less. The appartment is renovated and all the equipment is brand new, well designed and very clean. The apparment is equiped with so many things (coffee machine, large size fridge, oven, all the necessary kitchen equipment, iron, hair dryer, amenities etc.). Nice technology in order to enter the building and the room with codes which offers security. The appartment was large, with bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. No meal was included in our booking (I don't know if there is the option anyway), however, in the appartment there were complimentary coffee capsules, and some small cookies and a large bottle of water. In any case there are several shops and restaurants around. Very happy with the appartment. I would prefer it again if I am in Granada.

Beautiful apartments. Excellent communication with the host who provided all necessary information from before. Excellent clean and comfortable rooms. Good two double rooms and a large living room. Good kitchen with all facilities needed. Would definitely go there again. Good location, walking distance from everything.

No parking. Had to park in a public car park which was 10 mins walk and €18.50 a day.
