It was an extraordinarily nice place in a remote location. The propreitress was friendly and helpful. All in all, we were very pleasantly surprised at the value for money. I would have expected to pay more for the level of quality it was.The

The location, but there's not much you can do about that. Better weather would have helped too - we came in the middle of a huge thunder/lightning storm that lasted al night. We had to leave early so we missed the breakfast - can't comment on that.

The accommodation was very well equipped with fridge, kettle, AC etc and also had the use of a kitchen. It was very clean and our room was serviced daily. The swimming pool was fab with plenty of loungers and chairs. The breakfast was lovely and fresh and well presented. Elaine was a great host and very helpful. The location suited us well and it was easy to find.

Everything! Friendly,welcoming and attentive hosts. Accommodation was superb. The full cooked breakfast at no additional cost. No evening meal available on site (obviously as it's a B&B) but there is a fully equipped guest kitchen available to use adjacent to the dining room. There is a very well stocked supermarket within walking distance to buy everything you need for a meal if you wish to self cater but also a bar and restaurant within walking distance. Initially booked for one night but stayed for the rest of our trip.

Having to go back to France!

Everything was perfect! The room, the pool, the surroundings. So peaceful and relaxing. And very friendly and helpful host :) Also the breakfast was really yummy and great variety. 100% recommend, we would come back.

Nothing not to like. Car essential: nearest bar for meals in in the village less than 1Km.

Peaceful location, modern, very clean en-suite room with TV and little extras, good veggie breakfast. Local bar less than 10 minutes walk with English speaking, friendly staff, serving good quality food.

Sat nav had difficulty finding it. Easier to find if you arrive in daylight.

Options for breakfast were quite limited but were more than acceptable in quality and quantity. Room was quite spacious, clean, comfortable and had air conditioning. Ability to do your own catering was a bonus in the shared kitchen. Swimming pool was also very good. Location is very quiet and peaceful. The self contained flats are very spacious indeed. Elaine, the host, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

Your own transport is essential. Santa Maria de Nivea has limited facilities and Huercal Overa is a 10 minute drive away. Otherwise, nothing to dislike if you want peace and quiet

We were made to feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The added bonus of a shared kitchen meant we could stay in and cook if we wanted to. We would highly recommend this casa and would definitely stay here again. Very happy customers.
