Location was beautiful right in The Plaza Major. The Hotel to us was far beyond a 1 Star, we were very pleasantly surprised. Room was great and we had balcony with table and chairs which were very welcome. Staff were very accomodatating and even allowed us to have a delayed check out time. Restauant and tapas were good quality and no need to go looking for food. All in all I would give them 4 Stars.

There was nothing we did not like, bed was a little firm for me but I had taken a sun bed cushion so that was fine for me.

Nice local hotel and bar/restaurant in excellent situation in the newly pedestrianized plaza in Albox. Staff friendly and helpful, food excellent and reasonably priced. Adequate on-street parking nearby if travelling by car. Well supported by local customers - always a good sign. Would certainly stay here again.

We booked a room with either a double or twin singles and requested a double. We were give a room with three large single beds in it, leaving virtually no space to move around. Not a comfortable room.

Great value for the money, second time I have stayed there for a charity function. The meal provided for the function was excellent, the staff where highly trained for the task, getting 120 meals out on time was to be applauded. My room was spotlessly clean and nice comfy bed. Would definitely recommend a stay at The Parrilla.

Everything from my arrival to departure was excellent.

Great location on the square in Albox. The bar/restaurant was really good, used by a lot of locals as well as visitors. The price of food and drinks was very reasonable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a lovely terrace overlooking the square.

Breakfast was excellent,as were the evening meals,and the all day tapas selection. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Dispite our lack of Spanish,the hotel staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well placed in a main square with easy access to the town centre.

Very clean and ideally located in this lovely part of the old town in Albox .Lovely breakfast served in the bar each morning at a very good rate .Our top two rooms which were the penthouse suites we're very nice and the balcony overlooked the plaza .

Nothing to complain of so who knows maybe back another time .

great location - I know the other side of the rambla but not here. As usual in Spain a lot of noise from the people drinking below - but I was tired so that wasn’t a problem. Ditto the church bells but loved seeing the guests at the wedding in their finery. beautiful gardens around the square with roses and wisteria.

People were clearly smoking in the other rooms so there is sometimes a really strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and corridors The pillow was really really hard

Given that it only has 1 star, I was not expecting much. It really did surprise me. The room I was in was large, very clean and had more amenities than other chain hotels I have stayed in. The room was spacious, great air con and the bathroom was very large with a nice amenity kit. Staff were friendly and it has a nice bar/restaurant attached.

Honestly, for the price I paid and the room I got. I can't complain about anything.

Situated in an excellent location for walking to all local shops, bars and restaurants. The food in the hotel is amazing, especially the tapas! The staff are so kind and helpful, we couldn't fault our stay and highly recommend Hotel la Parrilla.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would of been nice. However, due to the kindness the staff showed I'm sure if we asked this would of been arranged for us.
