It is located in a beautifully quiet location so it’s a great choice if you want a peaceful, quiet break. It has an excellent pool area with a great view of the open landscape which is very nice to spend the day at. I have to add at the time we stayed there it was off season and so few people were there which made the common areas even more appealing. The owner serves an excellent breakfast and three course evening meal which was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. It was a very convenient location, just off the motorway and good value for money.

Nothing although it could have a water filter for guests to use to be a bit more environmental.

The host, Elisabeth was lovely. The price for what you got was amazing and the rooms and dining areas were spotless with fabulous mountain views. You felt as if you were in a Western movie!! Except for the fact that it had a lovely pool. Honestly I just want to stay again. Elisabeth as a little honesty fridge too with water, beer and wine! The guest house has just a handful of rooms and we met a lovely couple from Australia - I would imagine that as the house is quite isolated you will usually get to know your fellow guests. The place was in the mountains away from everything yet only a 40 minute walk to the stunning Spanish town of Veléz Rubio which we adored. We used google maps to find the way down the mountain (more steep hill than mountain - no climbing required but wouldn't recommend returning on foot in the dark) We loved the Spanish town and the authentic bars in Velez Rubio - lovely helpful people. We loved our 2 night stay

a beautiful place with stunning views. at night you can see a thousand stars. we were lucky enough to experience persus metor shower. the rooms are pleasant with an authentic decor. the best night sleep we've ever had. Breakfast is a delight with home made touches . all served by the lovely hostess who is very welcoming and attentive.

A lovely, quiet, secluded retreat to get away from it all, only a few km from Velez-Rubio. Breakfast is a highlight, varied, tasty and healthy (and plentiful...). Elisabeth is an honest, charming, hard-working hostess, a good human being.

Nothing special. There is no AC, but this was not a big problem as long as you work with nature, keeping out the sun during the day, airing in the evening etc. Nightime temperatures were actually fairly cool.

The views ,the staff, the breakfast. Would certainly go back,but would take snacks and maybe a bottle of wine.

No Aircon. Nowhere to get a drink. Think an honesty box would be a good idea seen as the place is out if the way.

The environment is a tranquil one, perfect for a quick getaway.

A fridge will be fine for the room, but the hosts made sure we were comfortable.

As the place is very isolated we requested a meal in the evening. It was a fixed meal of two plates one of which was a salad. Both were delicias and very reasonably priced Breakfast was also very nice with a wide choice although not very hot.

The food could have been warmer. Using hot plates might make a difference although we rarely find heated plates anywhere in Spain

The location is stunning. A wonderful breakfast by the lovely host. The beds are so comfortable and my son loved playing downstairs in the lounge

There was nothing we didn't like

Having turned up to the property, which was beautiful, with a newly rescued puppy, we needn’t have worried, Elisabeth was so kind and understanding, and made us all welcome. As it was, the puppy learned overnight how to ascend and descend stairs, and did not disgrace herself. Breakfast was a treat and we will certainly be visiting again.

Everything the location the Evening meal Elizabeth cooked for us was delicious & the breakfast was just amazing we are just sorry we only booked for 1 night

We liked everything nothing whatsoever to dislike
