The location was great, very close to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful (eg getting a taxi within a few minutes). Breakfast was good, although I don't think they knew how to cook bacon. A general Spanish problem. My room was a single room. Nice layout, excellent rain shower, small balcony with a small view of the sea down the road.

The pool area didn't open until 11:00 am. No chance of an early morning dip. I thought that was poor for a so-called spa hotel. This would have been a show stopper had I known before I went. I would have gone somewhere else. BOOKING.COM SHOULD MAKE THIS CLEAR IN THE DETAILS No milk or caffeinated coffee in the room. Hotel policy only to have decaf! Ridiculous.

central to everywhere , 5 mins to port and castle. 15 mins walk to beach. easy to work to bus station . good selection of shops, restaurants and cafes . pleasant staff and nice sized standard room with balcony . nice roof top area and bar. pity there is no proper pool, just a paddling about area.

1. the music/ noise from the outside bar which went on until 4am. had to change room. 2. wifi is a bit crap and tv has no English movies or channels except bbc world news, even. that is limited . 3. gym really small 4. the spa did not have the steam room working and the sauna was not warm enough. the water spa itself was great. but a 20 euro charge which is very high. 5. breakfast was ok, was not keen on vegan sausages or the potato waffle things which were hard. lack of choice for fruit. 6. the. chairs were very noisy and every time anyone moved they screeched and echoed across the whole room

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The recently renovated rooms were modern and comfortable, and the large balconies offered a great place to relax. The dining area was spacious, and the staff were delightful and always ready to help. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for a refreshing swim with a view. Everything was impeccably clean, and the hotel's central location made it easy to get around and explore the city. Highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited and didn't offer much variety. Additionally, there is no parking available, at least not that I was aware of.

Easy check-in, location is good, just on the edge of Old-Town. The roof-top is great, food not bad as well! Comfortable room and beds were good also! Didn’t spend much time in the room, but it would be perfect for those heading to Ibiza for the partying!

We were on the first floor and had an early morning on our last night, this meant we could hear lots of shouting and drunken people ready to head on their night out, was slightly annoying but by 1am everything had quietened down! Also, even though the roof top pool is great, it was hard to swim due to more people sitting on the edge of pool than actually swimming!

Cleanliness. Location. Facilities were good- although disappointed not to be able to use the pool. Not bothered about having the pool bar or food up there but the pool may have been nice. I know, although it was "out of season" Didn't use the spa. Wish I'd have made use. Gym small and very basic but fine to get the body moving. A bike. Some weights and a treadmill. Which is really all you need. I did love the hotel! Perfect for a solo short stay and exceptionally clean. A lot to see within a short walk. There is always room to improve. All relevant to what you want from it. 9/10 for my personal trip.

Wonderful new hotel, with spacious quiet rooms, located right in the heart of Ibiza's Old Town, near the port and 10min from the airport. Amazing breakfast buffet, super friendly staff, comfortable beds, lovely shower, and double-paned windows with sound insulation. Speedy wifi also helped a lot! Despite being in the heart of Ibiza Town, the hotel is on a quiet street away from clubs and bars, which allowed for a great sleep. Absolutely the best stay I've had in many years and I will definitely come back! Muchísimas gracias!!!

Just to put something here: the cleaning staff seems a bit stingy with towels... You get one large and one small towel per person, but if you ask them, they'll always give you more though ;)

The staff was very accommodating as we had a very late then over 6 hours delayed flight but could still enjoy our bedroom thanks to a late granted checkout until early afternoon. Much appreciated. The bedroom looking into an atrium was just perfect for a few night stay👌🙏. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking by the port and the old city. The spa centre on the second floor is fantastic but an extra 28 Euros. Finally the wonderful surprise of the rooftop terrace and pool with bar/restaurant was the cherry on the cake. The Strawberry Milkshake was very refreshing.

The extra cost of the spa put her off using it and the rather slow service at the rooftop terrace bar as only one person cooking and clearing up tables while another taking orders and serving every guest drinks and food.

Very close to many many restaurants, port, and right by the taxi lot line. Comes with a balcony. Walking distance to many places. I felt safe walking around. You have the ability to control the AC. Not loud when trying to sleep. Not too far to where you can’t walk to PACHA or Talamanca beaches/restaurants.

The staff barely knew English. During the day I asked for a beach towel and the lady at the desk said and laughed that she didn’t know what I was saying and had to ask her colleague. Few people knew English and could translate to their colleagues. Wouldn’t eat breakfast at the hotel - not a big variety of options, recommend eating at the restaurants instead

Location, the hotel was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, historic downtown. A 15 min drive to the clubs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooftop bar and pool had a great atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing, lots of food options. Very clean and modern space. We had a late flight and were not able to do a late check out but the hotel offered to save our luggage for the day and a room for us to take a shower, that way we could still enjoy a beach day before the flight, this was very convenient. Would defineltly stay here again!!

Location is really good, just next to bars and restaurant (the city center from Ibiza). The breakfast has a lot of options and was also really good. The room has enough space and the bed is comfortable. The staff were really friendly.

The breakfast closes really early (at my point of view). When we arrived at our room was clean but the bath towel was completely torn. The lady doesn't clean the room, she just makes the bad and empty the trash. So, the send (from the beach) in our room was not cleaned during our stay. The area from swim pool should have more sunbeds and umbrellas.
