The hotel went beyond my expectations - whilst they note that check-in only runs until a certain time in the evening, they must be aware that many flights to the island arrive after this cut-off time, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, even though I was delayed arriving by 1 hour, the hotel stayed open for me, which was a big relief. I really appreciated this. After booking, the hotel invites you to communicate with them via text message or WhatsApp to co-ordinate arrival. The shared bathroom was very modern and quiet, and the room had fully modern air conditioning which is perfect for the humid weather. There is also a wide range of refreshments available.

There was nothing I could really dislike about my stay. If I was being truly picky I would say I would have enjoyed perhaps an extra pillow on the bed, but that's all.

The hostal is located near the old town. Also a beach nearby. The room was basic but nice, value for money for the period i’ve booked. The bathroom also clean. Had a very nice calm stay, with no issues. Would surely go again if ever i go to ibiza as i usually look for a good clean place mainly to sleep. The staffs at the reception were very helpful assisting me to book for a taxi to the airport. Also very responsive on whatsapp whenever they are not at the hostal.

the hotel is in a good location, the room was clean, with the fridge and air conditionning. There is no kitchen but a small space to take a tea. I think the hotel has improved many things and for this price at Ibiza it is good option (even if I think that all hotels are overpriced during summer at Ibiza :)

The noise from the street, no place to store clothes in the room, There was also some problem with the door in one toilet. I am still surprised by very low rating of this place, for me it was quite good.

The room was a lot bigger than we had expected and was very spacious. The furniture was nice and the beds were comfortable. It was a clean room and the shared bathroom was really clean as well. There was a minifridge in the room which was nice. Reception was friendly and communicative. They were really patient with us. The location is great too as it's close to the beach, stores and restaurants, and other buses. The wifi also works very well and the shared amenities (microwaves, kettle) worked.

The hostal is located in an ideal location, close to port area and a 10 to 12 walk to beach. the bus station is a 10 min walk away also. The hostal was exceptionally clean, the room was compact, small single comfortable bed with a fridge and fan, ideal for a short stay. There was tea/coffee facilities also available. The Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing apart from the small bed,, air con would be needed in summer when its very hot.

Great staff, very friendly and the guy at the reception gave me some advices about places to visit and places to eat. There is free coffee and tea available in the common area to prepare when you want. The toilet was clean, but since it's a shared toilet, this always depends on how carefully are the other guests. The location is central, easy to reach and close to the old town, the port and downtown

Just a recommendation, add one extra toilet on the 5th floor because if you need to go out and it's occupied, you have to wait and you can loose important time in case you have to take a plane or a boat

The place is very comfortable, The location is great as well. The fact that we are using a shared room wasn't a problem, as there are very clear rules and de facto I hadn't any problems with that.

Some people were quite noisy but I feel it is normal as many of the guests are young people.

Elias was a very friendly guy who allowed me to stay longer after the checkout time. He allowed me to hang around in the property, help myself to some coffee, and even take a shower. That was 10/10 hospitality 👌🏼 The location was great, the building was thoroughly cleaned and maintained regularly, and the staff were very helpful in particular as I’ve mentioned about Elias. It was also the cheapest accommodation I found on Booking.com so I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. My room had a fridge/freezer, very comfy bed, ample electrical sockets, fast WiFi and a nice balcony to relax in during the evening. Complimentary tea/coffee was also available along with a kettle and microwave for all to use outside the reception. Plates and cutlery were available upon request.

They could possibly employ staff to stay onsite till midnight for some people that were finding it difficult to check in who arrived later in the day

Super basic room but very comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a no frills affordable room in Ibiza, this is a great option. Staff were very friendly.

The room could be a little noisy, it was unclear when reception would be staffed.

We lucked out with our rooms and they both had a mini fridge and A/C. We weren’t expecting that so it was such a nice surprise and made our stay fantastic. We peered into other rooms and aren’t sure they are as lucky with the a/c.

Had to kill a couple of bugs in the shower but overall wasn’t A big deal.
