One would be unlikely to choose this hotel for the beauty of its location... A petrol station and plenty of trucks across the street. Yet, it is really good!!! Easy parking with plenty of spaces for guests. Fast and efficient welcome/check-in. Nice, clean and spacious room with an en-suite bathroom (limited number of electrical sockets though... Too bad but absolutely manageable!). We decided to have dinner and breakfast at the hotel and we were not disappointed. The service was fast and efficient and the food excellent and plentyful. Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice of hotel as we wanted a place outside of Bilbao on our way to France. Highly recommended for an overnight stay.

So easy to find Perfect for a one night stop travelling through France into Spain 15 min walk to a small commercial area for food and drink plus bistro on site

Hot drinks in the room a waste of time No coffeee No milk 2 Tea bags Asked for milk at reception and told milk couldnt be put in kettle!?! Eventually sent to the cafe who put some in a glass Breakfast was ok but the croissants were a little dry and not at all like the ones for sale in the cafe

We chose this hotel because it was directly on the cycle track Bidasoa Greenway. Also it had private parking. It suited our needs perfectly.

Noisy from service stations around the hotel. Closed windows blocked it out but I like window open!

Had better in ibis hotels and also in the French chain of kyriad hotels .

One chair in a double room - really could do better. No information about the hotel choices ie meal times local events, nearest restaurants etc. Wasn't told about extra charges for entrecote steak !.

Had to Pay extra for breakfast.. Breakfast was poor. Everything cold. No crumble eggs, no sausage, no bacon. Also summer time, Room to hot, air conditioning wasn't working.

Room very clean, spacious and well equipped, included a safe. Good restaurant for the dinner, with a good value for price, friendly staff at restaurant and reception.

Parking space quickly full if you are coming late, room very hot on October

Room had very thin walls could hear everything in the next room and they were very noisy location was abit noisy between two roads one being a major road the other a filling station and very busy the bed was okay but a bit hard

Check in was simple and straight forward, Staff was polite, location was excellent for our travel needs. Beds were comfortable so overall it was a pleasant experience. Will use again.

Big bed very comfortable. Huge desk to write on. Extra pillows as requested. Good food in restaurant. Very friendly staff. Easy access off and on the main highway.

The electric sockets few and hard to reach could easily be a set of 4 x sockets buried on the desk top for easy access. No headboard on the bed. No kettle or coffee and tea to make in the room. No bottle water in the room.

restaurant or bar not open on Sunday nearest was a 10 minute walk which was fine for me but no mention for disabled buffet breakfast was expensive and limited choice. there was the same available at the cafe for less
