Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and made up daily, hotel location was only a short walk to the town centre. underground parking was great and locked at night time keeping our motorbikes safe.

the bar was very good, but was not open for the last 4 nights of our stay, this was the only real letdown. Booking.com website has underground parking down as an extra cost but was actually included when we arrived. Breakfast, if not included with your booking is actually cheap to pay at hotel than on booking.com website.

It’s in a good location and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were pleasant but not very informative. The food at dinner was good even though it was buffet style. Unfortunately a coach party were booked in and it was a bit hectic with only one member of staff in the restaurant. Similar chaos at breakfast.

I am surethat I booked inside parking as that seemed the only option on Booking. Com and cost 15 Euros but the parking was outside and free but I did not get a refund. Booking. com does not itemise what you have paid for on the confirmation email which makes it impossible to check what yobooked and the cost

Located in a residential area, which was quiet. Room was spacious with two easy chairs and a coffee table as well as the bed and desk etc. Restaurant was bright and welcoming. The restaurant staff were excellent, but had little English, but we managed to be understood. The reception staff, who did speak English were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of food and plenty of choice,

Difficult to comment negatively, met all expectations with value for money

Super helpful friendly staff, fabulous views, delicious food. The room seemed newly refurbished and to a very high standard.

The advertised pool was unheated and not skimmed, we had to ask for the door to the pool to be unlocked (which the staff kindly did) but at 15 degrees it was startlingly cold! (The small indoor pool is just a plunge pool).

Beautiful view from our window across to the mountains. Our room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location on the edge of Jaca which makes parking straightforward. Good breakfast. The location makes it great for touring this part of the Pyrenees.

Quick and easy check in, nice room and good parking

It was confusing at the restaurant. We were told it was closed so we went to the cafeteria. There we were ingnored by the staff for quite a while until we finally got served. Then we found out that the restaurants opened anyways.. confused

the hotel was in a fantastic location, plenty of parking and near to facilities. The room was a good size and very clean.

there was nothing I didn't like, but it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

The food in the restaurant was very good and plentiful and was less than 20 euros for a three course meal. Our waiter, Oscar, was very good and helped us negotiate the language barrier.

The room was a lot cheaper if I had booked direct with the hotel
