The staff at check in were so friendly and helpful, made a fuss of our little dog and gave us some pointers of where to go in the town. The room was basic but very clean and comfy, we especially appreciated the ceiling fan as it was so hot. The room was quiet and we slept really well. The shower was a little old fashioned but it was hot and had good pressure, so was still nice. Location was excellent and just a few minutes walk from town.

Everything was really lovely except the car park which was a nightmare to find, and was incredibly difficult to get into - the basement garage is very tight and we struggled to get our fairly small car (a Ford focus) around it. It was so stressful to park that this would put us off staying here again if we were driving, even though the hotel was fantastic.

The location was good, it was close to the centre of Jaca, with the bars and restaurants in easy reach. I was able to park my motorcycle in the garage for just 5 euros for the night.

It was rather difficult to get to, with one way streets complicating access.

We originally booked as it came up as pet friendly on your website but turned out not to be so. However the owners saw our plight and let our small quiet dog stay after all!!

Lovely hotel situated in the old town. Staff very helpful at checking in. Room was comfortable and bed very comfy shower good. Breakfast enjoyed and coffee excellent. Enjoyed are stay.

Well located In thetown, close to everything you want; bars, restaurants and the sights. Rooms were very clean and functional. Breakfast was basic but good.

It was quite noisy but we're were in the town. We didn't prebook the car park but they fitted us in. It is essential to do this as parking is limited.

Good location for walking around the tow . Parking available around the I skating rink. Good staff. Good signage when you get to the town
