Lovely Hotel with friendly very helpful staff. When we checked in the lady was the owner and was very friendly, efficient and helpful. We had been upgraded us to a bigger room which was lovely. It had a lovely bathroom with a great shower. The weather was unseasonably cold but the hotel and room were lovely and warm (the heating was actually on). The room was clean and modern but comfortable. We arrived on a motorbike and were provided with secure parking in our own garage (with a remote for the garage door) at the rear of the car park (which had a barrier). Breakfast (included) was good with a selection of the usual meats, cheese, breads/cakes, yoghurt, cereals etc. They catered well for me being a coeliac (and so needed to be gluten free). Staff were very friendly. The evening meal in the restaurant was lovely, they have a very good chef and the whole experience was aimed towards fine dining. Again the waitress was very friendly and smiled constantly. Wine was good. We both had a massage, the lady was very nice and asked for feedback early on to tailor the pressure to our needs. The massage rooms were clean and smart. My partner enjoyed the sauna. The hotel was easy to find and convenient for our Pyrenees tour. We'd definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Room was very comfortable with a generous and well equipped bathroom, e.g. 2 wash-hand basins. Dinner was excellent from a set menu and very good service. Breakfast was adequate and tasty. I didn’t available of the swimming pool unfortunately as I didn’t have swim gear or towels with as I was travelling by motorcycle, but it looked large and inviting.

The entrance was up a flight of stairs and then enter a lobby with more teams. If there was a lift to assist entrance to the hotel it wasn’t obvious and if there was somewhere else on the property should have been pointed out by staff or obvious signage.

The WiFi here was super fast, which was great. The hotel and the size of our room was great, daily service was great and the coffee at breakfast and the breakfast was great

We didn't realise this was such a quiet town, We found food at a great price at a few places. The supermarket was great in town. But the town in June just lacked any atmosphere or need to go back.

Very welcoming , kind and smily staff in the reception,restaurant and room cleaning , doing everything possible to make your vacation as perfect as possible. Very nice and super clean room. Great pool and jacuzzis. We travel a lot but rarely stayed in such a perfect hotel.

a great hotel. location obviously better for skiing season but still only 30 mins from the mountains for hiking or biking in summer. hotel had great swimming pool. staff were truly excellent in their willingness to help and their capabilities- best hotel stay we had after a 10 day driving tour in northern Spain

Great spacious room with good en suite facilities and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with a very large choice of options. Off street parking, mainly to the rear of the property.

Our room was well appointed, spacious and clean to a very good standard. The point of difference for us was the staff service and our dining experience. The food was excellent and our waitress, the waitress you wished would serve you every time.

Not able to use pool and hottub without a shower cap. Very strange. Somewhat like a public pool.

receptionist Mariona who was exceptionally patient and helpfull in arranging and changing my requests. All personnel in general. A very nice spa area. The restaurant is very good.
