We loved our stay at Beach Hotel Alfredo. We were both working remotely and the apartment provided a great base for this. It's in such a great location and everything you need is within easy walking distance. Our host was also really flexible on our check-out time which really helped us out. If you do visit, we recommend you pay a visit to Mazu - awesome bar and eatery! You also have Abuela across the street which is cute. Oh, and the beds were also really comfortable :)

It would have been nice to be able to see the sea...but you're not far away!

1. The cleaning lady only cane every two days. She cleaned the room the 2nd day we were there when there was no need for this and we only saw her 3 days after. For a 5 days stay, we didn't get any new towels and we had to take the garbage out, on the corridor. 2. The windows don't properly close and there was a lot of noise from the street. We could only sleep with earplugs 3. Pillows too big. Had to buy our own

Lovely light, modern & spotlessly clean studio apartment (cleaned daily), with sofa & comfortable beds, and a great shower! We were met by William, who checked us in and made sure all was good - very helpful & friendly! Perfect location - 1 minute to the beach & 5 minutes to the central square & bus station. Really enjoyable stay in the capital city!

As others have noted, there is some street noise - if you are a light sleeper, this place probably isn't for you! But this a city apartment, so some street noise is inevitable, and not the fault of the apartment or the owner! There is a bar right next door (we loved it there!) but can be noisy if you're not a night owl! It would've been useful to have had more hangers in the wardrobe, and there was no iron (it was listed as being provided), but as we were only there 4 nights we managed! Also, there was a Nespresso machine but no coffee pods provided, which was a shame. The crockery was a bit odd - larger cups/mugs would've been useful. However, these are minor points, and did not spoil our overall stay at this great apartment!

Lovely new apartments, everything you could need for a few days in the sun. Perfect central location for beach, exploring the city & it’s beautiful parks. Staff were very welcoming & the apartment & communal areas were spotlessly clean. Would definitely book again.

Due to its location it is a little noisy.

The studio was very clean, modern and very well located, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, opposite a bakery and a few minutes from restaurants and supermarkets. The owners responded very quickly to any issues we had.

Given that there was a kitchen, it could have done with a few more pans, utensils and glasses/mugs. At one point we could smell the food coming from another apartment through the ventilation - we didn’t mention this as it was late on our last night. Also beware that it’s a busy area, so it can be noise until the wee hours.

spacious apartments with everything that you need for a short or longer stay. Very centrally placed. Friendly and relaxed owner that made sure that my stay was as I wished it to be.

Hotel is close to beach, shopping, cafes and restaurants, also parking house very nearby (payable). Rooms are spacious, decor is modern, beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Reception was smooth and friendly.

If street sounds annoy you, then choose another place. There could be some essentials like washing liquid, salt and pepper etc. I would also prefer that shower hight is changable. At the moment it is either high above your head and your hair get wet always or you have to hold shower.

Just be aware that it is a city so it can be noisy with traffic & passing people. The charge for parking is €22.50 for 24 hours.

The rooms were sparkling clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The two-bedroom apartment is absolutely gorgeous! The hotel is very well located (about 5 min walking to Las Canteras beach). There are a supermarket and a parking nearby. The most amazing thing was the attitude of the staff - extremely quick to answer all our questions, super attentive and very good with all their recommendations! Huge thank you!!

The only setback could be the noise but I guess with a busy location that is normal.

Lovely apartment. Close to the beach restaurant and mini market. Will stay again. Its a beautiful clean friendly place.
