Lemon & Soul Las Palmas

The hotel is very well located 1 minute from Las Caletas beach. Some rooms have an ocean view. It is a modern, clean hotel that offers a rooftop jacuzzi between 10am and 6pm.

Breakfast is served at a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel that does not belong to the hotel. It is quite basic and there is not a variety of products to choose from. I recommend not having breakfast included because there are a multitude of locations on the seafront near the hotel where you can serve a breakfast far beyond what the hotel offers.The hotel does not have parking spaces, the closest options are 2 private parking lots with a cost of approximately 10 euros/day.

The check in was really good and the team at the reception was very helpful. i arrived quite late and it was very smooth. the location is very close to the beach ( 3 steps from las canteras walk) and with small shops around and a couple of nice restaurants i upgraded to the family room that has a living room, small kitchen area ( fridge and kitchen amenities) and a HUGE well furnished balcony. really lovely

wish they offered a bottle of water at arrival. the beds were comfortable but the sofa and pillows could use a refurnish

Very clean. Very accomodating in looking after bags if arriving before check in time. Pleasant reception staff. Good TV channel selection including English news channels.

Very bright room lighting harsh on sensitive eyes. Jacuzzi was cold not heated and the roof top bar doesn't exist. The lift, tiny and the floor display was invariably incorrect when waiting.

The hotel is almost at the beach - Las Canteras. We were lucky and had a room with the balcony and view to the sea. Amazing. The breakfast was next door - cake + baguette + coffee or tea or cacao + juice or water + fruits.. Kind people in the cafeteria who served the breakfast. If warm weather, you can sit even outside for the breakfast. The room also had a kitchenette for small cooking (but no oven / no microwave oven).

Sometimes we need to ask for the toilet paper (however, it was not a problem to get it)... On the arrival, also some cups and glasses were missing in the kitchenette but got everything within 15-20mins.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was close to the boardwalk and the beach, with many shops and restaurants to choose from. Since we visited Las Palmas in mid-February, the carnival season added to the festive atmosphere. The staff were accommodated to our various request and made our stay extra comfortable. We had an enjoyable time indeed!

Great location 5 min walk to the beach. Roof top was amazing with great views. Got the bus from the airport which was under 6 euros for 2 adults. Shower was good and plenty of towels . Beach towels available from reception 10euro deposit then 1 euro if you want a new clean one. Beds comfortable and the hotel was spotless

I would have liked a balcony only some rooms have them

Didn't bother with breakfast, location was excellent, close to beach , yet close to shopping/sightseeing bus departure , friendly bar next door for the nightcap!!! Staff very helpful and cheery..

Don't know really,,it's value for money as is,, Lifts are a bit cramped..i

The location is great close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping centers. Staff were great and helpful with all info, recommendations and helped in finding a car to rent

cleaning service didn’t change the towels and we needed to ask for this everyday but staff helped to provide us with all

no double beds, we had to sleep on 2 beds moved together. small issue but still, as a couple you want a double bed. there was a lady in the reception, who didn’t wear her mask or didn’t wear it properly but would always point to guests that they have to wear masks. (??)

I liked the location, the cleanliness and size of the room.I liked that the TV had decent English and US channels.

Didn't like having to pay for the safe, or for a late checkout.....Cleaner also forgot to give us towels one day and Toilet roll another......minor details though and would highly recommend this hotel.
