We got an upgrade to a bigger and better room which was facing the Park, on the first floor. The room is modern and super well appointed. Has a very big desk, which allowed two people to work side to side. The internet connection was good. Everything about this room was fine, from the bed to the bathroom to the lighting, and it was spotlessly clean. The pictures don't pay justice to this place. The acquarium theme unconventional, but I even found it pleasing. Good airconditioning, which in summer times is key. I also liked how useful the staff was.

There is nothing that I didn't like about this place.

The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. The terrace was an added bonus. Hotel is ideally situated for bars and restaurants. Not far from the beach at Las Canteras. But if you want a hot shower.avoid.

We arrived on Monday, no hot water thought it was down to the time we was getting ready to go out. Tuesday different time and still no hot water, not even a trickle. Nobody on reception to inform. Wednesday managed to report but by evening still no hot water. Thursday we checked out. Not impressed at all. Will not be returning.

The location is very good because is near to the bus station, parks, aquarium and the beach. The staff was very helpful. The room was flawless and the bed was very comfortable.

No access to the terrace and a swimming pool would be perfect!

Great hotel, love the area, love that they use refillable shampoo etc. Only down side was that my room had pipes (cool design) and I could hear the water when someone went to the toilet. I'm a light sleeper 🤪

We normally stay in the garden view room but none were avaiable. The bed in the room we stayed in was uncomfortable and it was very noisy compared to our usual room.

location was perfect, our roof top private garden with hot tub was perfect, the room amenities were perfect too and finally the staff are perfect!

The hotel was lovely, loved the ceiling decoration and the staff were very friendly.

For us we just didn't like the location, it was noisy. We booked as a one night stop over on route to our next stop so it was ok but we wouldn't have liked to stay much longer.

Great location and a spacious, modern room.

The shower was a challenge to prevent flooding however we did learn how to avoid it. Public spaces were basic and rooftop locked.
