The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect for a day in the city. Would probably consider staying again.

I completed the check in prior to arriving and was able to choose the room I wanted (2 beds) but when I arrived I was told I got given an upgrade but it was one large bed. Looking at the floor plan all rooms are almost identical in size. Would have like for the hotel to respect my choice and not lure me into thinking I got an upgrade.

This is a no frills comfortable city hotel. The needs of travelers have been taken note of. Breakfast is early and plentiful. There is a restaurant in the evening in case someone is disinclined to go in search of one elsewhere. Two chairs (a rarity) are provided in a double room. The staff at the reception desk are marvelously helpful.

The room was extremely clean but the bathroom just looked run down. Nothing could be done with it. It was showing its age.

The room was clean, fresh, comfortable... Everything was very comfortable and was up to great standards. Really happy with both the room, the breakfast buffet, and the staff.

The only downside we encountered during our stay was that the restaurant was closed. They offered an easy solution -you could order Telepizza through the hotel's reception-, but it would have been great to see the restaurant open and available.

Lovely hotel with comfy bed and room very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with good choices for gluten free. Location very good to walk to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Breakfast is awesome - eggs, scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, pies, bakery products, juices and so on. Room is clean, nice and big. Wi-Fi is good.

Parking is for extra charge, 16€ per night.

Modern, clean and very spacious room, good comfort. Nice breakfast room and food choices. Good for one overnight stay and walking distance to city centre.

A bit difficult with the underground parking, key card didn't always work, had to go back and ask for help. We knew the hotel was next to a busy road, but there could have been better instructions for parking on their website.

Location

Access to carpark and the fact my key didn’t work either in my door or in the carpark. Had to wait for 30 mins to get out! Came back to hotel just after 22es and bar was closed!

Good breakfast and helpful staff plus a comfortable room. Quite a long walk to the centre of town but there were a number of restaurants nearby.

The little things i.e. they charged me to drink the water they had in reception when I arrived and the coffee pods in the room were rationed to one each!

The staff was great, the receptionist was very helpful and nice. In general the hotel is also nice and the common areas are great. The bed was huge (we asked for a double bed) and very confortable.

The room and bathroom look refurbished so the design is not super modern, rather a little bit old but it's still good for the price of the room.
